I recently took my vehicle in for service based on the expertise promised by the mechanic. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service report explicitly stated that the navigation system would be disconnected, but this was never done. They simply removed the fuse that not only controlled the navigation but the automatic door lock, my key fob, fuel tank and tailgate release. Which left me the job of figuring out how to disconnection of the system on my own. This lack of attention to detail and failure to follow through on their service plan is unacceptable. I expect better service after having left my vehicle with them for a day and a half.

This was my go to place when I lived in Palo Alto. In town for business and my check engine light came on. For me, this was the only place to take my car to.
Quick diagnosis emailed to me and they called to follow up. Pricing was very reasonable and they set expectations by giving me a time of completion estimate. It was done 10 minutes before the estimate. Helpful in planning out your day.
Super courteous, professional and excellent communication. Customer satisfaction seems to be their top priority. Always get the same customer service every time I bring my vehicle to Menlo Atherton Auto Repair. Thanks y’all!
