“We were intending to go to four different stores to get the best possible deal. Mattress Firm was the first store we checked out. We were impressed with the knowledge and patience of the CSR, James. He asked questions that mattered in order to fit us with the best possible bed for our sleep issues, such as snoring, back pain, cool sleeper, hot sleeper and a host of other questions. We asked James numerous questions as well and he politely and professionally answered all of them. It became apparent to us, we’d likely be wasting our time to go to the other three stores we had in mind. Best of all, zero pressure to make an immediate sale. We tried several beds and when all was said and done, we left the store to discuss our options and returned the following evening. James knew he wouldn’t be at the store by the time we could arrive the next day, but informed his Manager, Victor and another sales associate, Nick that we’d be coming in. When we arrived, both gentlemen already knew everything James shared with them. Excellent team work in our opinion. We again received top notch information and service from Victor and Nick. Without belaboring the point we ended up purchasing a TempurPedic bed with an adjustable base. We were informed that TempurPedic basically controls the pricing of their beds and bases, so the prices are set the same regardless of what store a consumer might choose. If you’re looking to buy a bed, we recommend you visit these gentlemen at 3910 El Camino Real in San Mateo, CA. Highly professional and impressively knowledgeable.”

“Daniel was so nice and helpful, patient and efficient. Ms. San Mateo jumped back and forth between the i8 and the i10 to feel the bed at Sleep Number 100, 75, 50 and 25. We even tried the tempurpedic sleep number too. I10 was more plush and soft. I8 can get to a softer feel but can also be firmer. Their pillows are nice too. Feel the Lyocell 600 thread count bedsheets. Ohhh so soft. I had to rush out to meet a real estate client, and before I got to the meeting, a quote was already in my inbox. Daniel takes pride in his work and doesn't upsell you. He truly wants you to get the mattress that you like the most. You won't regret considering a Sleep Number mattress.”

“Folks, I've waited over a year and finally got my couch and side chair delivered today October 2022 and I'm so flipping happy I'm in tears. Mario, sales associate, assisted me Labor Day in 2021; he's a super nice man. They anticipated a few months delay due to COVID restraints in other countries but it actually took 14 months. I got a great deal on the couch and side chair set during clearance sales at that time. Folks, when I make large purchases, I research every aspect; comfort for long sit times, will my guests like it, convenience, durability, craftsmanship, etc. I sat on so my couches in so many stores I was exhausted. I kept coming back to speak with Mario about this set. Before making my final decision, I fell asleep on the showroom couch for 2 hours while I waited for Mario while he was assisting other customers. Ha!! That's how you make the final decision. Very pleased. The leather and side stitching is really nice quality. Macy's furniture delivery staff were flipping phenomenal! The 3 ninjas moved these heavy, massive items up a flight of stairs with ease! Very respectful and courteous. Unfortunately, the couch would not fit in my building's elevator. They moved it slowly step by step up the stairs. Promote these guys they're genuine assets to the organization! I'm very pleased with everything, however, I will reach out to customer service about getting some sort of credit to my account for the wait time.”

Cody came to our house on a Saturday to trouble shoot. Once he determined it was a remote component, he verified it was under warranty and placed the order. He also researched and ordered (at our request) expedited shipping as the piece of equipment is so important for my dad's well-being.
