This place can get busy, but I do like their very large dryers. Plus, you can pay with your credit card.
To the reviewer "Juniper Bug", I'm guessing that you're going in there to wash clothes in their washer and use their dryer. You're coming in at 8:25 and they close at 8:30 p.m. How do you expect to get a load done? You don't have enough time. Why are you blaming the person that works there. You should get there earlier so you have time to wash your clothes. Your review makes no sense.

This place sucks. The washers and dryers are falling apart with washing machines not being able to accept quarters, dryer taking quarters and still leaving clothes wet, and speaking of quarters, this Laundry Mat runs out of quarters every other time I come here. Fix your machines and have quarters and it sucks that I have to make this review because the next closest laundrymat is in Redwood City

This is the laundromat closest to where I live. I went in to ask about their wash and fold yesterday. The lady that was there was busy which is understandable however, she pretended not to see me and when I finally got the chance to ask her she was extremely rude and basically barked the information at me. I bid her a good day and kept going along my merry way. This interaction alone made me take my business a 10 minute drive down the road to a different laundromat.

Horrible services . The staff person on site who speaks Spanish is EXTREMELY RUDE. She has no interest in doing her job. Or assuring customers . I asked her how much a washer cycle costs (bc there wasn’t a sign that said) and she answered “I DONT KNOW” unbelievable. Definitely won’t be coming back!!!!

My Washer stopped working recently and so while I am getting it repaired, I decided to come here to do my laundry for the day and almost every machine was defective with no signage to warn us. The worst part about it was that it kept some of my quarters, yes it was only $2.00 however since it cost 8.00 to wash this was 25% of the total cost. All this would have been fine as I know sometimes machines have issues from personal experience as I mentioned above but I was setback by the customer service here and the willingness the employees have to resolve these issues. No I did not want my $2.00 back but yes that would have been nice lol. I brought it up to the personnel cleaning she mentioned that she had no clue it was defective and so I suggested they put a sign on it as a courtesy for other customers, which they did not. She explained nicely that she did not have much authority over anything her only job was to clean which I completely understand but I do think this is wrong that you can not get a hold of any customer service rep or management. So overall not too happy this establishment, I will try again at a later point and hopefully I have a better experience in the future. For now I just wanted to put this information out there as a courtesy to others.

Always very clean and nice washers... but an arm n leg to wash $5 for smaller machines $6.75 for medium $8.75 for the bigger ones (Approx) Come at your own cost.

Most washing machines are useless, they always put a tape to indicate that they are out of service, I have been there several times and it is always the same, nothing works! It's the worst laundry I've ever seen.

Had to come back the following day for another load of laundry... Came in around 8, much more busier than the afternoon before..Attendant was here helping with a lady that had soap bubble on the floor, cart and the washer door. They were very helpful.No issue with machine when used card...*****As at 12-Aug-2023Bigger dryer - $1 for 12 minsBig dryer - $1 for 20 minsBig washer 8.75Medium washer 6.75Small? 5.00Most machines have CC thingy on it.. make sure it's swipe not tap or insert.There was no attendant that I could when I visited. So I have no interaction with them.This place is clean, plenty of spaces for folding the laundry...Next to a Mexican restaurant and bubble tea place.. what more can I ask. ??Please do not overload laundry.. looking at someone just did that . And they will be wondering why their blanket is not dried in 20 mins.

Lots of washers and dryers of different sizes. Part of a laundry service and dry cleaners next door so there are employees on site for at least part of the day. Most all of the machines appeared to be working. Can use cards or get coins, a few machines take Apple Pay. Not a lot of places to sit but large tables for folding and carts available. Overall pretty clean.

Decided to try this place for the first time. What was appealing, machines accepted Apple Pay and credit cards. The machines were more on the pricier end, but I didn't mind because they wash the clothes Amazingly. For drying you must do 20 minutes for $1, which I didn't mind. Place was decently cleaned. My biggest problem, was the lady working there, absolutely rude ! I just needed to use the restroom, I asked politely and her attitude and response were completely uncalled for. We all have problems, but you should not take it out on people. Definitely not coming back.

The bad side for me is that they keep restroom closed, I ask to use it and they told me is open till 7pm. Hard especially for a pregnant lady:(

Wouldn’t rely on this place. They say the last wash is at 8:30 but I showed up at 8:26 and the attendant said it was too late after I’d already brought in all of my stuff. Very rude and unprofessional. Plus their coin machines and Apple Pay never work.

Hanging out with a friend who needs to do laundry on a Thursday evening, you know it is going to be fun. ?It has been years since I have been in one, Nothing has changed except the dryers take credit cards. You still need quarters for the washers. How much? Depends on the size.There still a money changer in the corner.The place is clean busy and full of people.Take your self next door for tea or a taco or across the street for a slice of pizza while you wait for your clothes to finish. Set your clock on your phone to keep track of the time. ?
