“Generally we use wizard plumbing. Never had a bad experience until recently. We had a leaking faucet. I called, and asked for the earliest availability and someone was sent out the next day. When I called, I said our faucet hose is broken and needs to be replaced. I knew the brand of our faucet, and the problem. So that's the backstory. They send someone out, he comes out and says it's going to be $350 to diagnose the issue( again, I knew the issue) but if that's their rate I'm not going to fight it. He proceeded to tell me that my faucet is dated and parts are unavailable. Also that our shut off knobs don't shut all the way and need to be replaced. I said I don't think that an issue as we've never had a leak prior and maybe the water he heard running was the dishwasher that was going. He called a few plumbing stores, said we couldn't get a replacement hose as they don't exist. I do have text message proof- and that we needed to buy a new faucet. Okay cool. I agreed. He said the turn around time was 3 weeks with the possibility to be sooner. He said he'd send a photo of the new faucet so I could approve before purchasing. Mind you our sink is leaking. So 3 weeks isn't a quick solution. Now it's about 5pm, assume he's off for the day, and decide to chat with the manufacturer of the faucet. Right away, I send him a photo- and he says that hose is xyz, it's available and here's a discount code. HONESTLY not even 3 minutes into a chat and the hose is available. Then he proceeds to tell me, guy plumbing has it in stock, and I should call them. I call guy plumbing- they have the part, they schedule an appointment for early the next morning. They show up and within 15 minutes the leaking hose has been replaced. Nothing is leaking, the shut off valves work fine- and ultimately in less time and money to FIX THE PROBLEM than the diagnostic charge from Wizard. Dan from guy plumbing is undoubtedly amazing, knows what he is doing and honestly was so nice to work with. He was quick, efficient and fixed the problem in minutes. I will forever use GUY plumbing with an additional needs moving forward.”

What impressed me most was when things went not exactly according to plan, they took the responsibility to make things right. And of course, the design was perfect and full of thoughtful touches especially given the multitude of constraints that our relatively small kitchen presented. If we ever have more work to do we will definitely be using them again!”

“A3 Tile helped me every step of the way to select and purchase tile for my bathroom remodel. I wanted a tile that had a small hexagon shape for shower and a larger hexagon shape for floor. I was able to browse in their showroom without being questioned about who my designer was. They were very helpful when I had questions. I had to borrow samples to see the tile at home. The ordering process was easy and they helped me with grout colors. My contractor did a horrible job of installing the floor tile and the heating system. We found a great tile installer to redo the floor and heating system and A3 was great. They are also experts on the heated floor system.”

“You will get high quality European style cabinets and hardware. They provide complete service from design all the way to installation. they also have very nice hardware options to chose from. Designer, that we worked with, (Cynthia) was respectful and professional and what we received as final product was a perfect match with what she rendered. The only thing you need to be aware of is the time it takes to receive the cabinets as they are shipped by ship from Europe (which is not unique to European Cabinets). Overall, happy with the outcome and totally recommend their products.”

“Horizon Renovation remodeled our kitchen and got it done surprisingly quickly, and on budget. I have never worked with a contractor who worked as consistently on a project--one week they came 6 days! It really blew me away, as I've had contractors who would take entire weeks off. I was prepared to have the project take over a month, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Their work ethic is extremely impressive.They not only did the work we asked, they gave us some design suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. They were responsible, responsive, and did good work. The only thing they could have done better was dust mitigation; also, they do not automatically provide debris removal, but you can request it, or find your own hauling service (which I did). “Swanky tile store compared to others in the area, with multiple receptionists and a large number of staff members inside. It's a very spacious showroom/warehouse and the decorative tile on display is absolutely stunning, and look appropriate for commercial, hotel, or large home installations. I didn't discuss pricing with them but I imagine tile here could be on the higher end.I was helped quickly (which I appreciated as I didn't want to spend more time than necessary looking for a match to an existing tile) and went on my way with a tile sample.”

“After an amazing 2nd bathroom remodel there was no question in our mind where to go for cabinetry for the master bath. Due to reasons beyond our control and nothing to do with EAW, we had to put the entire remodel project on hold. When we finally popped up again, Alex was very gracious about honoring the original price even though I know the rates of many contractors have gone up in the Bay Area due to increased demand, etc. I promise myself to take the photos when our bath is sparkling clean, forget about it, and then countertops get cluttered again, distracting from the masterpiece Alex has created for us yet again. One day I promise to take the pictures and post them. However, I strongly recommend you meet Alex in person and ask him for additional pictures from projects that aren't on Yelp - they are truly inspirational! Everyone, including our friends, other contractors, city inspector, etc., were wowed by Alex's craftsmanship. And I am still wowed every day I take a shower or brush my teeth - thanks to Alex, our master bath is probably the most sophisticated room in the house. Thank you, Alex!”

“Chris helped us with our kitchen remodel. He helped us with the lay out , cabinets and the details of our design including : changing the flow, making it more efficient and increasing cabinet space . He helped with the logistics and was available during the entire process. We also ordered the quartzite countertops thru his recommendation . They are stunning. The kitchen and bar came out amazing , and we are so happy with the end result. We have so much more room and space than previously and the kitchen is more open and has a better flow. It was so worth working with him, because there is no way our kitchen would have looked as nice or been as functional without his help. My husband and I would highly recommend cabinet center, and all the other designers there were also very helpful and kind. When one cabinet didn’t fit, he was able to get a smaller cabinet delivered immediately. His cabinets are also an upgrade from the KZ ones as they are finished on the bottom. Price was reasonable and it was easier to work with George compared to other KZ offices and cabinet makers. Highly recommend George.”

“I was here today to look for a sofa and this store is big. All the furniture is upstairs and all the smaller items are downstairs. While upstairs, we were trying out all the different sofa collections, and in multiple occasions had multiple sales reps come over to see if I had any questions, and to check in to ensures I was doing okay. While speaking to the sales reps, they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and nice. I was able to find a potential sofa with their help. All in all, I had a good experience with the friendly and helpful people here.”
