The store manager Marika is the absolute best and sweetest , she was the biggest help she got me all the pricing promptly and made sure everything was correct. There was even a product I wanted that wasn’t in stock that she was able to get shipped straight to my house so that I didn’t have to make another trip down. Absolutely wonderful store, Marika if you’re reading this you’re the best and deserve a raise!! Love this place and their products the customer service from the manager is what will definitely keep me coming back though. Great job Yves Delorme!”

“Generally we use wizard plumbing. Never had a bad experience until recently. We had a leaking faucet. I called, and asked for the earliest availability and someone was sent out the next day. When I called, I said our faucet hose is broken and needs to be replaced. I knew the brand of our faucet, and the problem. So that's the backstory. They send someone out, he comes out and says it's going to be $350 to diagnose the issue( again, I knew the issue) but if that's their rate I'm not going to fight it. He proceeded to tell me that my faucet is dated and parts are unavailable. Also that our shut off knobs don't shut all the way and need to be replaced. I said I don't think that an issue as we've never had a leak prior and maybe the water he heard running was the dishwasher that was going. He called a few plumbing stores, said we couldn't get a replacement hose as they don't exist. I do have text message proof- and that we needed to buy a new faucet. Okay cool. I agreed. He said the turn around time was 3 weeks with the possibility to be sooner. He said he'd send a photo of the new faucet so I could approve before purchasing. Mind you our sink is leaking. So 3 weeks isn't a quick solution. Now it's about 5pm, assume he's off for the day, and decide to chat with the manufacturer of the faucet. Right away, I send him a photo- and he says that hose is xyz, it's available and here's a discount code. HONESTLY not even 3 minutes into a chat and the hose is available. Then he proceeds to tell me, guy plumbing has it in stock, and I should call them. I call guy plumbing- they have the part, they schedule an appointment for early the next morning. They show up and within 15 minutes the leaking hose has been replaced. Nothing is leaking, the shut off valves work fine- and ultimately in less time and money to FIX THE PROBLEM than the diagnostic charge from Wizard. Dan from guy plumbing is undoubtedly amazing, knows what he is doing and honestly was so nice to work with. He was quick, efficient and fixed the problem in minutes. I will forever use GUY plumbing with an additional needs moving forward.”

“Horizon Renovation remodeled our kitchen and got it done surprisingly quickly, and on budget. I have never worked with a contractor who worked as consistently on a project--one week they came 6 days! It really blew me away, as I've had contractors who would take entire weeks off. I was prepared to have the project take over a month, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Their work ethic is extremely impressive.They not only did the work we asked, they gave us some design suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. They were responsible, responsive, and did good work. The only thing they could have done better was dust mitigation; also, they do not automatically provide debris removal, but you can request it, or find your own hauling service (which I did). “Chris helped us with our kitchen remodel. He helped us with the lay out , cabinets and the details of our design including : changing the flow, making it more efficient and increasing cabinet space . He helped with the logistics and was available during the entire process. We also ordered the quartzite countertops thru his recommendation . They are stunning. The kitchen and bar came out amazing , and we are so happy with the end result. We have so much more room and space than previously and the kitchen is more open and has a better flow. It was so worth working with him, because there is no way our kitchen would have looked as nice or been as functional without his help. My husband and I would highly recommend cabinet center, and all the other designers there were also very helpful and kind. “We LOVE our kitchen, and are very happy with the engagement with European Cabinets. TLDR; We'd highly recommend working with them on your project.

We primarily worked with Lena, who was awesome, although during our project, I think we worked with everyone on the team at some stage and everyone was really helpful and friendly.

We really liked how the process started by taking initial requirements and dimensions and then a 'maximum' quote was provided. The point here was that the kitchen would cost no more than that, and if we were good with that price then we could pay a deposit and start on the proper kitchen design. This was fantastic - meant that we could design and tweak our kitchen without worry of the price ballooning.

We'd never rebuilt a house before, and haven't had to remodel a kitchen either - so the team at European Cabinets really helped guide us through all of the stages and helped make sure we didn't miss anything. Lena worked with us patiently and we iterated through a few design options before finalizing on what we ordered.

Once ordered, the kitchen was made in Italy and then shipped to us in California. It all arrived 'pre-built' in its cabinets but of course the cabinets had to be arranged and mounted to the wall. This was all smooth, and everything went well. Lena also helped provide guidance on things like the countertop, and sink and appliances.

Anyway, now that its all installed, we are super happy with it and everyone that has seen it is super impressed. We haven't moved in yet as the rest of the project is still being completed, but we can't wait to use the kitchen and enjoy the new space!
