Melody is wonderful. She is the only one I trust to work on my hair! She listens to what you want and executes it wonderfully. I live out of state and whenever I'm in town for holidays or need my hair cut/highlighted/random fun color I'll fly back to have her do my hair. Super nice woman and will do a great job on your hair!

Isra is the hair QUEEN! I had a nightmare experience with a stylist at Sasha Salon EIGHT days before my wedding. I was SO lucky to find Isra, who took my hack job of a hair cut/color and transformed it into something beautiful! I honestly didn't think it would be possible, but she worked her magic and now I can't wait for the big day!!

I was super excited to finally get a haircut after a year and this was my first time booking here. I booked online and got a confirmation email. When I got there, I waited for 30 minutes and then was told I had booked no longer worked there. There was no update to their online booking system, even though this reservation was placed last week. I was very upset with the poor customer service and how much time was wasted with this experience.

I just got my hair done here by Isra and LOVED the whole experience. I was so excited to finally address my Covid roots which had grown out half way down my hair. It definitely presented a challenge with half my hair dark brown and a bleached out lower half. Isra blended it like a pro and made sure to constantly check in with me on my goals and preferences. She perfectly balanced my goals with simultaneously keeping my hair health in mind. She explained everything she was doing, set realistic expectations and was friendly and fun to chat with. Also a great sense of style. I highly recommend her! I'll come back and update with a photo soon.

Jeanne was absolutely wonderful when she cut my hair for donation for Wigs for Kids. Besides the amazing work she does in helping with hair donations, she gave me a really great haircut too. She took time to understand exactly what I wanted (and what I didn’t want) and paid attention to the small details. She also gave me fantastic advice on which hair products to use, according to chemistry and my hair type, which was super helpful. Would 100% recommend her services!

This review is for Shannon Sandlin. She is an amazing hairstylist! I've been with her for almost 4 years and I refuse to go to anyone else after finding her. I usually get a cut and highlights, and it always comes out looking great. My hair gets lots of compliments and it's all thanks to Shannon. We've tried several different cuts so I know she can do anything you ask her for. Besides being a great hairdresser, she's super nice and she definitely understands the importance of good costumer service.

I have been going to this salon for about a year or two now and all I can firmly say Lily Rodriguez is one of the best hair stylist I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is not only extremely talented and has done my hair perfectly, but she is truly a ray of sunshine to work with! She has helped me transition my hair from brown to blonde, and the thing I noticed and liked the most about her dying my hair is how smooth and soft my hair is afterwards, as opposed to my previous hair stylist who had left my hair very brittle. Here is a progress picture of my hair! Do yourself a favor and go see Lily, trust me you won't regret it!!

If you have an appt with Gretchen Schroeder be prepared to be disappointed. I just got my second haircut from her. The first cut was clean cut. It was okay, nothing special for $130. It fell apart after 8 week. She likes to talk about how fast she is. She is fast because she cuts big chucks at a time. The second cut, the most recent, is uneven. I don't know how you can charge $130 and give an uneven cut. I called the next day and asked for time on Saturday to correct the cut. No one called me back. How they chose to handle this is by emailing me an appoint for the middle of the afternoon mid-week. I work. I went into the scheduling tool to see if there was a time for later that day and there was not. The only other date was for two weeks out and again for the middle of the day during the middle of the week. I keep calling the salon and no one answers and I do no option to leave voice mail. I still have not received a call from Gretchen asking how she could make it better. I just called the salon again and I don't even get voice mail. If you want a great haircut you will pay a little more but see Jay at DiPietro Todd on Post in SF. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Anna because of the great reviews online. My first experience with her was good. So I went a second time and had the worse salon experience of my life. When I got seated there was a girl standing around, obviously an assistant or intern. When it was time to shampoo off the color it was this girl who took me for shampooing and she rubbed my temples rather hard to take off the color so I asked for Anna. At that time I asked if Anna could do the shampoo like last time and I was told that 300 people before me had not complained. I had to put my foot down since I couldn't trust the assistant any more. I explained to Anna that had she set the expectations before maybe I'd be ok but this wasn't the experience I came for. Anna then grudgingly did my shampoo and blow dry. But she obviously didn't want to do the haircut that I had actually gone for. I was extremely hurt by her behavior all through and hope no one else goes through the experience I had today.

Jeanne cut my hair to donate to Wigs for Kids. She was the consummate professional, extremely kind with great attention to detail, made me feel comfortable and talked through the whole process, and I ended up with an excellent haircut I'm really happy about - first time with short hair in 3 or more years. I'll go going back, and I'd recommend Jeanne to everyone - she's wonderful.
