“Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. “Today on March 18, 2024 I went to Verizon at 2501 El Camino Real in Redwood City. I had an iPhone that I wanted to transfer over to my uncle, I was helped by Esteban who got it done in less than five minutes. I was so grateful for his service because he listened, he was so thoughtful and so professional in what he does. Basically, I did not know how to do an old droid phone transfer over to an iPhone. Esteban figure it out in seconds. I value his good customer service and I am so happy to be able to help my uncle successfully.

“Last week I switched my carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile, the customer service at TMobile Newark assisted me. Johnathan, who is not only thorough and knowledgeable but went out of the way to help me with what was best for me since I wanted to stay in my budget. He stayed back and did overtime and made sure the data transfer smoothly transferred in spite of me forgetting my iCloud password , he stayed calm and composed. Since I had mentioned that I was traveling and made sure I have everything on my phone. Johnathan did not care about his long commute from Newark to Oakland which he had to cover that late at night. Seeing is compassion and hard work, I must say TMobile is very lucky to have him because people like Johnathan are very rare to find. He is a Gem with humanity and humbleness.I went for one phone service but ended up taking 3 phone services. “I have to say after reading the reviews of this store, I was hesitant to go there to have my phone issue fixed. I have a new IPhone 15 Pro Max that had a major issue and couldn’t be fixed over the phone. I walked in within minutes of them opening and Trevor, a manager, greeted me. He immediately took my phone and started working on the issue. Super nice and professional and a great multi tasker. The entire time he was helping me ( almost an hour ) he was checking in other customers and talking on the phone to the Verizon techs regarding my issue.
