“Great prices!Maybe this is Google being weird, but this seems to be the page for a small shop in Hayward called Gundam Labs. I visited a few times in 2018, was very nice - more than just a shop, it was a community area with painting and building spaces. I lost track after I was no longer able to drive down to Hayward, but always still liked that shop.If you are the same people, then thank you for making that space, and hopefully at some point with the pandemic over you'll consider bringing it back!If you're not the same people, well, great prices anyway :P”

“It was my first time here since I needed to pick up a book that was nowhere to be found in the South Bay Barnes and Noble Bookstores. So the drive was not too bad going to and from there but I was still feeling a bit anxious. Once I arrived, parking was so easy since there were plenty of parking spaces in that area in front of the store. The wait in line didn't take long at all and the one who I spoke with over the phone before coming here excitedly waved my book in the air indicating he had it when he saw me lol while he was still in the middle of ringing someone else up. He continued to remain professional though even after it was my turn and I approached the register. I was so happy the bookseller P. saved it for me since it was the last copy. Mr. P was genuinely kind and very mindful, provided great customer service, very personable. I liked and appreciated that very much. So even though I don't live close to this store, I still came and was treated very kindly the whole time that I was here. Perhaps I can come visit again someday.”

“Lemo Fox Mini-Z is actually a permanent indoor radio controlled car race track. The track is for 1:28 RC race cars. Inside Line Racing (check them out on Facebook) manages the track and the races. They have loaner cars for you to try. It's the closest place near San Francisco to race RC cars. The people there are passionate, super friendly and very helpful. I showed up with almost no RC car experience. I loved the challenge - it's not easy. They helped me becoming a better driver and I'm now able to compete at national level. “Never buy full price at Michael's. They always have something on sale. At least check to see if there is any on-line coupons.For this store, I usually get my silk flowers for arrangement. They have good selection and so pretty. Also have a good selection of sketch book and watercolor book. Definitely a good place to get your art and craft supplies.”

“This review goes to Alycia! I was scrolling through the Michaels app on my phone to try to find some stuff that I need to buy and saw the Chunky Hand Knit Pillow class, so I decided to sign up and go there after work to let traffic die down. Alycia made the class super fun and I learned a lot from making the hand knit pillows that I ended up making 2 of them during the class. It gave me motivation into learning and experiencing more yarn/needlework & crafting stuff. I even made more pillows when I got home! I'm definitely going to sign up for more classes because I had a lot of fun handknitting those pillows and experiencing new things! Thank you, Alycia!”
“I wish I could shout from the rooftops about the amazing experience I had tonight at this store. When my eight-year-old daughter and I first arrived, she was hoping to find something that she saw at another Michael's store recently in another city. i didn't know my way around this store, so I asked the first sales person I could find. Luckily, I saw the friendly and welcoming face of sales associate Brian. I simply asked him if he knew where to find the dragons. He knew immediately what we were looking for and directed my daughter and me to the dragons right away. after my daughter and I did our shopping, we headed home. It was when I got home that I realized my phone had accidentally been left at the store. My daughter and I got back in the car and drove back to the store. Meanwhile, my husband had called the store to ask them if a phone had been found. When I entered the store, the manager, Marlena, kindly approached us and noticed we were looking around. She asked us if we were looking for a cell phone and we told her that indeed we were. both she and Brian were so kind-hearted, they did everything they could think of to help us locate the phone. they went out of their way to help locate the missing phone. Luckily, it had been picked up by a customer. We were so relieved. Marlene and Brian were just the warmest and most kind professionals I have encountered in such a very long time. They went above and beyond, even at the late hour of the night right before closing. Thank you so much to both of them. we will certainly be back shopping soon and will look forward to seeing them both.”
