Rude service. Clerk mansplained me about paint quality, which shocked me since I had been going to Grey's throughout our 20+ year homeownership in MP. To add insult to injury, my negative review has been taken down twice.

There are loads of places to buy, but I keep coming back to Gray's Paint in MP because they're always so helpful and knowledgeable. "What do I need to paint concrete, metal, sheetrock, over old paint, etc.?", "Do I *really* need to prime that wall?", "Can you match this sliver of a paint chip?", "Which paint is the most forgiving for teenagers to use during a volunteer project?", and even: "Hey, would you mind putting this ridiculous paint that I bought somewhere else in your paint mixer/shaker for me?" These are all questions I've asked and had thoughtfully answered by William, Chris, Scott, Jose and Mark. Thank you. Every time I think I'm done painting, I end up doing it again and will be back every time.

What a great little gem of a store found in Menlo Park. If you are looking for paint samples, go now further, they have ready made samples of several Benjamin Moore colors, no waiting. Since we also live in Menlo Park, this is the practical choice for your supply of high quality, NO VOC Benjamin Moore paints. Service is helpful and courteous.
