The employee that helped me, Keith, had amazing expertise and customer service. He spent 1.5 hours patiently answering my questions and guiding me to the best shoes. At no point did I feel rushed or felt like he was pushing certain items on me. He clearly explained all the benefits of one shoe versus another and led me to confidently purchase two pairs plus insoles. I've been running in the shoes for a month or so now, I am very very happy with them. Also really cool that they scan your feet and you have a very in-depth profile of your feet, arches, etc., and you have access to the scan online at any time.Overall, very happy with my experience here. Will definitely be coming back!

Extremely helpful salesperson found shoes that matched my exercise goals and picked out a selection of shoes that met that criteria. We discussed the pros and cons of each shoe that I tried and how adding inserts would change the shoe's profile. I plan on returning when I need another pair of shoes. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff for running shoes selection. There’s a machine that analyzes your feet to determine the appropriate support needed. Carries ‘On’ and Vuori clothing. Overall a great store in downtown Menlo Park. Lots of parking in the back with back entrance.

Best place to buy your shoes whether for running, walking, hiking, or everyday use. Great selection of brands and I also get my flip flops here and socks as well. Jim, the owner remembers me and is very knowledgeable with his products!
