I dropped in for a week at Crossfit Incredible during one of my visits to Menlo Park and I have to say that I really enjoyed it!Great coaches and atmosphere and very challenging workouts! Absolutely loved it and I will definitely come back on my next visit!100% recommended

My fiancé and I started our CrossFit journey at CrossFit incredible. We had no experience with CrossFit before joining. They have you do a 6 class beginner courses where they will teach you the techniques and lifts you need to know before diving into classes. Tucker and Jenya are both awesome instructors and make the classes fun.They have classes everyday, including yoga on Sundays. They also allow open gym usage of the facility between classes or during if you don’t to do the class which is pretty cool.

I have always been a gym person, but this is my first experience with CrossFit. I'm in my 50's and in decent shape, but definitely not CrossFit shape. To be honest, I thought I was going to be intimidated but instead I feel completely at home at this gym. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. There's a real sense of community and connection.About 3 months ago, I started with the evening classes which didn't work for me, since I was so low energy after work. I switched to morning classes and now I'm 100% in. I go about 4 mornings/week and I'm loving it. The morning instructor/trainer, Lauren, is amazing. She's knowledgeable, attentive and patient - and encourages me to strive for more. I attribute my progress to her instruction. She pays attention to everyone's form and progress, and genuinely cares that people succeed. Because I'm such a novice, she has shown me variations on tougher movements that are better suited for my level. I'm actually surprised with the progress I've made, which makes me more motivated to keep coming back. I highly recommend this gym for all levels. You don't have to be super buff and strong to feel at home. You can cater your workout to what works best for you and go at your own speed.The main reason I joined was to just get stronger and leaner. I didn't have aspirations of becoming a body builder or lift heavy weights. I can tell you that in 3 short months, I am definitely stronger and leaner. Looking forward to the next 3 months +++.

Tucker is a great trainer. I signed up for his 6 introductory classes. It was really great to learn the moves in a small class before diving into one of the regular classes.

Amazing gym. Amazing coaches. Amazing members. I was graciously taught by Coach Tucker, who showed me the ropes and helped me become a better athlete. Each workout session is scaled to each person's skill, so you'll always be challenged in every way. One of the many great things here that I don't see many other gyms do is that the coaches program their own workouts. It's always fun to see new type of activities being incorporated into the crossfit curriculum which makes each session fun.

I've been coming to this crossfit gym for about a year, but I had to leave the gym due to personal reasons. All I have about this gym are good things, and nothing can describe how amazing the coaches and all the other members. I've learned so much from everyone, and the workout sessions are scaled to everyone's level to be challenging and difficult. If you're looking to have a good workout and meet new friends, this place won't disappoint you.

I started CrossFit back in June of 2021.. I was skeptical about joining because it was my first ever experience at a gym... however Lauren was wonderful and very motivating. I love how both Lauren and Tucker try to know the best of your ability to push you, help your skill set. I started with the 6 week challenge that showed me everything to get me started into the group classes. I was very nervous about it, but the environment and everyone there was so welcoming I was comfortable. Everything I've learned from them was easy to follow through and see the incorporation in all sessions. As I continued my journey with them, CrossFit has become more like a family, every one knows each other's name, and motivates each other. Tucker and Lauren both help push you to become your best and help your confidence increase each time in all the classes. Definitely give them a try!

CrossFit Incredible earns its name - it's an incredible facility with instructors like Tucker and Lauren who meet you where you are and build on that. They take a personal interest in participants. This is more than a great place to work out and improve your physical conditioning - it's a community that helps each other. Check it out - you'll be glad you did.

Great place to drop in ! Tucker is so cool and welcoming ! Got to do a little open gym and then did a WOD . The gym has Vulcan plates which are amazing and colorful . The gym is well kept , clean and easy to navigate ! They have a very friendly community / members . Strongly recommend to visit and give them a shot . Oh and you can sing up online for the classes which is cool

Best cross fir in mid peninsula. Tucker makes it fun. Great way to make new friends and work on all aspects of your body. Never felt better since I started 2 months ago.

I don't do a lot of reviews but def wanted to give credit where credit was due and mention that CFI is a fantastic gym, training center, and community. In addition to great coaches, equipment, etc., I wanted to give a special shout-out to the high quality programming which I think is often overlooked in a CrossFit gym. Too often the "varied" part of the CrossFit definition gets confused with "random." At CFI, you're going to perform a variety of functional movements at relatively high intensity (i.e. classic CrossFit) but the key is that everything has been very thoughtfully planned out. All of the elements in a workout fit together (and the set and rep schemes and time domains have all been properly calibrated). That workout fits together with the rest of the workouts for that week. And it all fits together as part of a broader cycle. This is evidence of a coach and owner who is both very knowledgeable as well as someone who really cares. If you're serious about your fitness, I would def check these guys out. And, all you have to do is show up with an open mind and try your best. They'll take care of the rest.

As someone who was a bit weary about CrossFit (and intense workouts in general), this has been a great experience. The gym has an awesome supportive atmosphere where even if I was lifting the lightest weights, I didn't feel self-conscious. Everyone always looks forward to classes and encourages each other and workouts are well thought out and effective. Tucker is super responsive and always willing to work with you. 10/10 recommend!
