We opened an account here and put all saving there. One month later they close my account and block my money. Find another branch. Joseph who said he is VP opened the account for us and he seems does not care about customers.

If you plan to take a mortgage I advise you to go elsewhere. My realtor warned me, but I still wanted to give them a try. They will only make problems that are no issue for other lenders. Not to mention the loan officer calling me 5 days too late (I had an appointment). What a waste of time and nerves. I think I'm done with this bank. Good bye Chase!

Above and beyond service at this branch.
My account was flagged and I was unable to log in. Called customer service and was unable to get my account unlocked even after hours of wait and several transfers between departments.
I came to this branch and received tremendous help from Leon Shallop. He stayed on the phone for more than an hr so that in the mean time, I can just go home and have a peace of mind. Amazing service!!!

The branch is friendly , even EVERYONE greets you by name when you come in . They even know who your spouse is and inquire how they are doing. I've had nothing but exemplary service for many years here. Parking is sometimes a challenge , but that is not the banks fault .
