The ratio was too high, basically 2 teachers for whole kids. All ages were mixed and they had many conflicts. 2 older girls attacked my 18 mo on tour day and kids didn't feel to get love and attention they need. Very basic equipment.

BK of Menlo Park is wonderful! Sylvia is fantastic and we have been taking our kiddos here for the last two years. They have a great pre-k curriculum that allows children to gain the confidence needed to start primary school.

Best decision to send child here. The teachers care for and love the kids. The place is spacious and clean. There is a nice dancing program and also park right next to it

Avoid at all costs!We brought our 2yo son at 9.15AM on its first day. They called me at 10.06AM asking me to pick him up as he was crying... I went there and the teacher informed me that he was no longer welcomed, that somehow they just become "fully booked" for next months... This was an unbelievable experience!!!We are starting the formal complain to have this center removed from our employer (Google) sponsored centers.I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost, as you may also end up with no children care at all...
