DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR PARKED HERE THEY WILL TOW!! The tow shop closes at 5pm and you will not be able to retrieve your car until the following day for an extra day storage fee!! You will have to pay $500 !! BE AWARE. The tow shop location is 2432 Bay Rd. Redwood City, CA 94063. Tow shop phone # (650) 365-1011. The dispatcher was idiotic, I called around 5pm to ask for the location of the tow truck shop and told me to google map it then hung up. I called 5 times to find the location and immediately placed to voicemail.

Avoid this branch at all costs. The teller, Doris, was extremely rude. I wanted to do a foreign currency exchange. Her attitude was awful and she was not helpful. I talked to my brother who banks at BOA and he said was she the Indian teller? I said yes - he had issues with her as well. He told her "look, do you want to do this or are you too busy?" She needs to be retrained. She would not do my transaction and said I had to go to the Palo Alto branch. Again, avoid this branch - or if you do go...and you see Doris...wait for another teller!!!

CLOSED EVERY DAY! "Temporarily Closed" says the sign on the rear door. I don't believe it. Another sign on the door refers bank customers to the BofA branch at the corner of Lytton and Cowper in Palo Alto. Cute. Not much good for accessing one's safe deposit box inside THIS branch of the bank.

CLOSED !!!!!!! No notice. And you have to get out of your vehicle and walk over to the front door to see the teeny tiny sign that says this Branch is closed. I did this four times with four different banks getting out of my car walking to the door and seeing the same teeny tiny sign. If you're closed put a big fat sign that you can read from your car so you don't have to waste time and energy. They are closing Bank of America's left and right. I went to San Carlos and Redwood City and Menlo Park. Then I thought OK no more of this I'm going to phone them. I found them and I was on hold for 28 minutes. When someone finally answered I asked them where is an open branch of Bank of America. That was the only question I waited 28 minutes for.

Showed up for an appointment. No one acknowledged us, just told us to sit and wait. Walked out after 15 minutes. Probably time to find a new bank

My mother and I have come into the Menlo Park branch of BOA numerous times in the past 10 years and have always had great service. Sam champion completely stands out even among such an amazing group. We have had some complicated and emotionally charged banking needs and I can't emphasize enough the consistently above and beyond service that we've received from Mr Champion. The compassion and empathy we experienced was truly remarkable. Sam Champion is someone I aspire to be like. He displays incredible leadership skills by allowing the other bankers to do and learn their tasks while always being there to support them and making sure the right thing is done in a timely matter. The world really needs more people like him. He not only can fix any banking need, he does it with such grace. We will never forget his kindness, patience, professionalism nor his skills. He has made us BOA customers for life.

Yes, very slow teller line... 4 other employees in the bank, and not one can step up to the teller line. The very smooth talking branch manager informed me when I asked for a 2nd teller, (that this was the 3rd time I am standing in a 30 min line).... his response was " how do you know it will be 30 min? You haven't stood in the line that long yet..." I am behind 8 ppl in line. New lobby- same slow service - actually slower in the past 6 months.

Worst Bank of America branch I've been to. The wait here is always crazy long and you end up feeling like you're at the post office or DMV given how fast the tellers work. So bad! Go to another branch if you can

Slowest service and longest lines every time I come in. They recently remodeled but the teller area is extremely small and inefficient.

I do not like to support big banks BOA included. However, I will say that I had a fabulous experience today. Rula (the manager) was very friendly and redirected me. I was having trouble with the app but Sanaz at the teller line helped me out. Overall, much better than normal BOA location. Strongly recommend!

I love Bank of America, the workers here are so kind and friendly. But there is ALWAYS a line, never enough tellers. I can't even go on my hour lunch and be seen. Why is this??

40 min. wait in line just to make a deposit? Plenty of employees sitting alone at desks but one teller open? So sick of being treated like I'm bothering someone when I go to the bank. There is no excuse for this! Hire more people, every other type of business does when they get more customers. Bank of America just reported huge profits, spend some of that money in employees because everyone knows you sure aren't lending it out!

This bank does not care about their customers. The manager knowingly cashed a fraudulent check without trying to discover if their customer was being taken advantage of by a criminal. Do not go to this bank. Avoid Bank of America.
