I can't thank Aili Ice Designs enough for the incredible job they did with the flowers for my client's wedding. They brought the bride's vision to life with stunning floral arrangements that were both elegant and fresh. The attention to detail and level of care they put into every bouquet and centerpiece was remarkable. Their expertise and creativity shone through at a design meeting where our Client (who was not excited about flowers in the beginning) became so enthusiastic by Aili’s creative direction and custom centerpieces that included shells, driftwood, and other beachy elements that brought our theme together. Working with Aili and Becky was a delight—they were responsive, professional, and truly committed to making the day perfect. I highly recommend them!

The value for money is completely off here. I live on the East Coast and ordered a flower arrangement for a friend’s birthday via Aili Ice Designs. The result was disappointing and appeared like something that should’ve cost much less than what I spent. I’d sent inspiration pictures from their Instagram account and had a phone consultation with the florist assistant. Despite asking, and paying for, a jewel toned medium/large arrangement that would’ve guaranteed ~18 flower stems at a nearby florist, the finished arrangement appeared to have ~6 flower stems and majority green filler. It was embarrassing considering the beautiful full arrangements I’ve received from my friend, which I’d shown them for reference. I emailed the owner and expressed my concern over how sparse it looked and she never replied. I’ll take my business elsewhere next year.

I got married in Sept this year and Aili Ice Designs was my wedding florist. I did my initial consultation with Aili over a Zoom call. I sent Aili some photos of flower arrangements that I liked, answered some questions about flowers and colors that I preferred. From then on, I didn't have much communication with Aili Ice Designs until the week or two before the wedding to settle the final bills. There was a staff member I talked to named Becky, who was very helpful in answering questions about the quote, order status and payments. On the day of my wedding Aili personally showed up to the venue to deliver the flowers. They turned out absolutely beautiful! I ordered bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, table centerpieces and cake flowers (my bridesmaid arranged them on the cake). Aili also provided some loose pedals for the flower girl free of charge. I did have to pay extra for a toss bouquet. The flower arrangements were clearly of high quality and uniquely designed. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous, very full - I could not have been happier with the results. I have never been to her store, but after seeing her wedding flowers, I would consider purchasing her arrangements for other occasions in the future. I would highly recommend Aili Ice Designs for any event that requires flowers.

I live in Florida and it was my grandfathers 98th birthday… I gave Aili Ice designs a call, and they created and delivered a truly special arrangement for him. So elegant and classy. I am looking forward to using Aili Ice designs again!! ❤️ Very sweet employees, thank you to you all.

I hired Aili Ice Designs to do my wedding florals. I was familiar with their work through family and was very fortunate to be able to book them so close to my wedding date. I am grateful that they were able to work with my timeline and budget. I gave little direction because I trusted them to make beautiful works of art, and I wanted to be surprised. What I have noticed from their work are the fun little details they incorporate into arrangements, like pops of yellow or gorgeous green leaves lining the vase. As you can see from the pictures below, the work is stunning. I was beyond thrilled with the results. Becky incorporated gardenia flowers specifically to evoke a scent memory for me. She also included the thistle, which is a meaningful flower in my family and added visual and textural pop. All the floral designs added such a gorgeous dimension to our celebration. We got married in a garden, so to have these flowers stand out the way they did is saying something. Becky and Aili chose colors that truly popped against the greenery at our venue. I have seen work from Aili Ice Designs before, and what stands out are the small pops of detail and the color story told through the blooms and arrangements. The proportions and shaping of the arrangements are also exquisitely done. You can see a respect for the flowers and other materials. I would 100% recommend Aili Ice Designs for floral needs large and small. They put so much care and passion into their work. I am so grateful to them for making our day that much more special.

I had a last-minute order this morning for my mother for Valentine's Day, and they were able to add yellow roses and deliver the same day! Cindy’s constantly impress me, and I will continue to use them. Mom loved the bouquet.

I got married on April 9th, and let me just say... the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. I had multiple people tell me that my bouquet was the most beautiful one they'd ever seen. They also supplied flowers for our arch, and they did an amazing job of setting them up. At one point in the morning, we realized that we were short one boutonniere, but they made up a new one for us in a jiffy and drove back to our venue to deliver it to us. I am so happy I stumbled across Aili's little shop in Redwood City and asked if she did flowers for weddings. I am so pleased with what she gave us.

They came in so clutch! I'm not sure even where to start with this review other than they are absolutely fantastic! My Law Firm works with them for our arrangements in the reception area so I thought I'd contact them regarding my Valentine's Day planes. The communication was great and they kept me updated on what they thought would be the best plan of attack on this delivery. They delivered this event to my fiancé at her job and it was perfect. She was so shy and embarrassed! (She hates attention). The flowers and presentation was beautiful!

If I could give Aili Ice Designs more than five stars, I totally would. She is BEYOND amazing! While planning our wedding, my mother in law passed. My husband and I reached out to Aili to see if she could arrange some flowers for her funeral. Although this is not something she does, she went out of her way to make some beautiful arrangements for us. She worked with our budget and made the whole ordeal less stressful for us. During the planning for our wedding she made sure our voices were heard and took lots of notes. She made sure our vision was correct and had samples for us. She let me take home flowers after each appointment and I was so excited to share with my family. Our wedding looked BEAUTIFUL and I can't describe it in words. Simply look at the photos as they speak for themselves. Will definitely be reaching out to her for all future events.
