I recently switched my PCM and asked my new doc to run a panel of routine lab work to make sure everything is running smoothly. I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)

This was my best experience getting lab work. Very fast and caring. Hannah, the phlebotomist, was awesome, she has great customer service. They go above and beyond. A hundred times better than my experience with Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics.

My husband and I always come to this place and the one in Murrieta. The staff are always friendly, professional, and hit my tiny rolling vien EVERYTIME, WITHOUT digging while having the needle inside.

Once you learned about their lab schedule it is very convenient place to get your lab work done. Very seldom you need to wait, because of this you don't need an appointment. The staff is friendly and most of time you don't feel any pain when they draw the blood. Although doctor offices refer other labs for my lab work but I go to West Pacific. I volunteered to tell anyone who needs lab work go to this place.

Ok so I figured out why they always seemed to be closed when they shouldn't have been - they moved to the next building over. My doc office gave me the old address, the old phone number doesn't work (I called headquarters and they gave me the info). I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices and Xlong lunch breaks i'll go to another office, they're not getting my $.

I took a friend Guadalupe Ledesma for some blood work here and for a guy who hates lab work he was very impressed with how the receptionist took care of his needs and she also drew the blood which to his surprise was the first time he felt no pain . She hit the vain the first time and had no problem stopping the blood which is super thin from the medication taken. The place is also not jammed with people and super clean. I love that in the waiting room there is a hand cleaning dispenser to disinfect the hands going in and out if you so wish. I do recommend this Lab to others.
