Totally WORTHLESS, they know how to call you but have no idea how to pick up a Phone. Customer Service is NON-Existent. takes 15 minutes to contact Fraud Department, then you sit on hold for 10 minutes, hard to tell who's committing the Fraud?

I used to be an Account Executive at a bank and could open an account in 15 minutes flat. We were there FOREVER and also had to sit through inappropriate questions from the banker. I was shocked that I had to stand in line - at closing - to make the initial deposit (we always expedited that behind the scenes for a seamless experience for the new client) We also received call a few days later to return to the branch because our account was not set up properly. It was long, drawn out and a completely unnecessary process that I did in less than 3 minutes online at another bank. It's also ridiculous that you have to wait a week for your debit card in 2024.

First I made an appointment with a live person to close out my deceased husbands account.When I got to the branch( I waited to speak to someone only to be told there was no appointment showing. At the same time I could over hear another man raising his voice because they told him that they did not have a record for his appointment either.Feeling this branch was small and busy for the staff on hand I made another appointment for 2 weeks later at another branch in townThere was a small waiting area and no sign in sheet. No one to greet people that walked in our checked us in. I sat down and waited. I then noticed other people being called and asked one of the associates if there was some place to sign in. I was told to wait in line to speak to the teller.I checked in with the teller. Sat down again to wait. I was then called and told that I was too late for my appointment and would have to come another time. They will let you sit and wait and never even in the confirmation for appointments was I advised where to check in. ItWellsfago panders to businesses and not individuals. I myself left them for chase some time back as their lack of service even then was daunting.If you are reading this review to help decide on a personal bank, Wellsfago is one of the worst as far as customer service and added fees!!

I tried to open 2 accounts online (checking and savings) but it couldn't verify my identity so i had to go to the bank. i walked in at 11:22am on a Saturday and was told in a rude manner that "we close at 12" i was confused (thinking that I'm on a different timezone or something), then the guy told me that it takes one hour to open an account. I had a decent amount of cash that i was carrying to deposit into a checking account + more waiting to be transfered in the savings to meet the requirement for $525 bonus. After being sent away i walked few steps away at Chase bank, opened an account in 5 minutes and deposited my money.Now i remember why i closed all my accounts with Wells Fargo (in Florida) - horrible experience seems to be part of the brand all over the county.

Bank teller was rude, and didn’t let me meet with a banker to open a savings account. I certainly will be taking my thousands of dollars somewhere else. You just lost business Wells Fargo.

The worst costumer service. I am a victim of identity theft and bank fraud. I have a detective who knows where this person opened up accounts by stealing my identity. I have been dealing with this since September 2022. Wells Fargo has blown me off, ignored my calls and has done nothing to refund my money they so freely gave away. Their costumer service is the worst. Don't use them, if you have an account with them I strongly suggest a new bank. If someone steals your identity Wells Fargo will gladly give them your money and will not give it back. I don't want to give them any stars

Horrible. No one answers the phone. Only 2 tellers at the busiest time, no managers on site, all offices empty except teller windows. Long line. Unfriendly. Bank elsewhere if you can.

I had an appointment with Ricardo, and I am just so thankful to have been helped by him! He is the BEST! He was so helpful, so kind and so professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was just amazing!!!!! Excellent service

The young lady in this branch went above and beyond helping me, as she did buissness she also taught and explained the bank, app and card updates. Her name started with a Y,, thats all i can remember. Promote and preserve WF, well done

this bank is usually pretty busy and the employees are great ,but a great amount of times they have a line to the door , and only 1 or 2 tellers ,how is that fair to the customers,as well as to the employees? hopefully they can get more workers helping guests

Love this Wells Fargo branch! I have been a customer hear since they opened the Menifee Market Center. Every time I come in they remember my name and treat me great. It can get a bit busy at times but it is worth the wait. I like the face to face interaction instead of using the ATM machine. If you are looking for a friendly bank this is the one for you.
