Don't get me wrong. I love my local Walgreens, but they're never seems to be enough staff in the Pharmacy department, which really pushes my button sometimes because I can't stand for a long time and they don't have all that much seating and when there's a lot of people there's nowhere to sit so I normally just sit on the floor, but other than that, I love to shop amazing

Called to see if RX was called in but they had not received. Was on hold for 10 minutes and could tell they had a lot of calls because no one answered except every few minutes to put me back on hold I'd just hear a click. Then finally a girl tells me they received it and will be ready in 45 min. Got there an hour and half later and waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Only to tell me it wasn't ready. I kept my cool because the poor girl looked like she was having a rough night said I'd pick it up in the morning. On my drive back home I decided to call back just to wait the 30-45 min again instead because I realized I have an early drive in the am. Again was in hold for 10 minutes only this time I got hung up on without anyone answering. They picked up then clicked me off. So I called back again on hold for 10min and lost my cool a little and they said they'd have it ready in 10 min.

They take so long! I tried calling to speak to a pharmacist and was on hold for 20 mins finally hung up! The drive up pharmacy takes forever!

Went in for some snacks since I'm disabled and can't go to the big store right now. I got a bag of kettlecorn yesterday and saw three more bags on the shelf. I went back today and couldn't find any. Well I looked on the bottom shelf and there they were in the way back hidden. This store is trying to sell old inventory I have found and accidentally purchased expired food products here multiple times. I thought just the pharmacy side of this store was bad which is why I switched pharmacies but now that I know what they're doing I won't be back even to snack.

Do not come here EVER if you are need of medication urgently. They are understaffed and extremely slow. They wont try to pass you on to any other pharmacy they will just keep telling you your prescriptions is almost done until you are stuck waiting 5 entire hours and have no choice but to recieve your medicine here because it is the only pharmacy open 24 hours near you. Please take my advice and choose to recieve your medication somewhere else.

The pharmacy team Member I spoke to was very off putting and rude. He interrupted me several times in a monotone way that seemed like he was bored and wasn’t interested in me clarifying anything. I have never had to tell an employee of any store, restaurant or anywhere else that they were being rude. If I wanted to just give a birthdate and name I would have gone through the automated system. The question I had was more specific and the other Walgreens locations were much more helpful and courteous. I don’t think I will go to this pharmacy after this experience but, others may not have a choice so I hope they improve their customer service.

DO NOT use their pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment online for a Covid rapid test at this location! when I got there to pick up my medication and do the Covid 19 rapid test ,which states that my results would be sent to me online via e mail within 30 minutes,( mind you I only needed that done because I'm having a surgery done next week by a specialist who requires some sort of digital proof that I don't have Covid via text or email etc and I can't use an at home test) they told me that they did not offer that and it's impossible that I made an appointment to do that. I was literally there yesterday and asked the woman I picked up my prescriptions from inside if they offered that specifically and she said they did via drive through. I made the appointment this morning. I made no mistake in the time or location I am a tech savvy sober 29 year old. It was at 435 pm. I called the manager and he denied any responsibility. I have to now go the surgery center and hour and a half away because they won't except anything later unless it's in "in-house test" at there location. If I don't do it I can't get the surgery. You guys screwed me and tried to make me feel like I don't even know what im talking about. I feel terrible for all the elderly people who have to deal with you guys. Also both times I picked up my meds my scripts weren't filled and I had to come back an hour later and wait in their line a second time. Worst pharmacy experience in my life hands down!

Husband injured, went to urgent care,the Dr. gave him 2 prescriptions 6 HOURS AGO!! They only filled 1. After communicating with them several times,we're basically told "sorry we're slammed today"We we're told as soon as it's ready they will send the text notification out. That was 2 1/2 hrs ago,still waiting for the courier to pick it up for delivery.Again I've never had to deal with any other pharmacy this Incomplete.I already know they lie..they are unprofessional,rude,and could care less about patients. There's no point in calling the pharmacist ir the store manager. I've done it in the past with no results.I only go here for the convenience of location. At this point there's ZERO CONVENIENCE just frustration any time Mt husband needs his medication.

This walgreens has the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Go elsewhere. The store itself is great, but don yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. They never communicate, keep you on hold forever, don't ever bill our insurance correctly and once gave me the wrong insulin needles. I rather pay more and go out of network.

Came here in the middle of the night literally crying from pain and had the hospital send my prescription to this location and they were closed due to short staff!!! Then they should change the hours of availability on their website! So horrible. When pharmacy is open it always places you on hold and doesn't help. Or transfers the calls and makes you wait longer. Or just doesn't have your prescription refills and doesn't tell you. Literally every problem you can have here I've had. Avoid this location.

Waiting for a prescription, was told it would be ready at 5:09, came back and told to give it another half hour. It’s been 2 hours at this point, and I’m still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Just lost me as a customer.

I am agreeing with the two star rating, but I'm giving a one star due to my personal experience. I have had the WORST service here. ELVIRA possess a NASTY attitude. I would not recommend dealing with her. I had to repeat myself over and over or she just doesn't understand English. I have a coupon for Wallgreens specifically. The gentleman processed my husbands good RX with no problem. Elvira refused mine, so not only do they not know what they're doing, they also discriminate, especially Elvira! This place is understaffed with pharmacists (staff) with a bad attitude. I would definitely recommend going off Bradley Street in Menifee, rather than the Murrieta location in Menifee. And if you end up at the Murrieta location DO NOT deal with Elvira. She is the nastiest most disrespectful person I've ever spoken with! Not to mention, I had to repeat myself over and over and over again. She obviously must love her job lol. Nasty girl! And it gets better. Now they just called my telephone talking about my husband and how they re-tracked. It has good RX for Menifee Walgreens as well. So will both be paying full price. I don't think it's legal to have a specific prescription at a specific location and be denied. Buyer beware! I will be speaking with the manager tomorrow, and willing to take it further if needed.

The pharmacist that was filling my prescription made me feel so embarrassed about my medication/diagnosis, asking me very personal and private questions while other customers were in line. I didn’t feel like I had to validate ANYTHING for her when she could have easily contacted my provider and confirmed any information with my physician. Instead, she decided to be rude, discourteous and impolite. I went to another Walgreens further away and my experience was like night and day. Hassle free, and good service. Please do not go here for your medical needs. I never write reviews, but it just isn’t right for a pharmacist to ask you your medical history and make you feel ashamed when they are trained to know better. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

This is the worst pharmacy in the Menifee/Murrieta area. They changed my prescription without notifying me, and when I asked for the pharmacy technician Jamie to change it back, she was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I will drive the distance to get my prescription in the future instead of dealing with such low quality service.
