Waited for 40+ mins in the drive thru. They didn’t re-open at 2pm from lunch time. Why put re-open at 2pm if you guys ain’t actually doing it? Worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to in my life. Never again!!!!!

Adam at this Walgreens provided great customer service to my wife yesterday.Which is really different from the service she has had in the past.Our compliments to the management for bring in new employee Adam.

I go here 3 times a week and I also get meds at pharmacy I went today like around 5 pm and a manager girl was there younger and I was trying to find something to buy cause I had coupon I also pick up meds well the manager was following me very unconditional and made me feel watched it was annoying then I asked her van i help u and she said I asking u if u need help ha she was filling me I think is wrong even the cashier looking at me wrong so I think they need to be reported yup that's my pharmacy location I go to every week and they don't need to make me feel that way nope this is not the pharmacy I'm talking about its the front were u pay n leave yup

I used to work for Walgreens for over 4 years and I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an order for Christmas cards on Dec 8th & called to make sure they were ready on Dec 10th - only to come in & have them not be able to find my order. Anna who is a manager at this location came to "help" find my cards, determined they were in fact printed but they could still not find them. Anna did not apologize but did say she would reprint them BUT that id have to come back for them. She said that she would call me when they were ready. This was at 10am. The entire day comes & goes, no phone call. I decide to check my email at 4pm & see they were ready at 12pm!! Only 2 hours after I left but no call. The next day, today, I go to pick the cards up. I get home and begin to write them only to discover they only gave me 26 of my 40 card order!!!! ): I went back in to complain & get my 14 other cards printed. I am fully under the impression I will be discounted for these photos.. NOPE!! The same manager ANNA is present & she again doesn't apologize, even after I tell her she said she'd call me & never did. To make it worse, she was upset when Jessica tried to reprint my entire order. She said "no stop! Don't print the whole thing. Only print the 14 that are missing" VERY DISAPPOINTING. Your job title is Customer Service Representative...... come on. Do not recommend this location. Never would've happened at mine. Jessica is great. Manager Anna should be demoted if you ask me.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. They're inconsistent about the times they take their lunch so you don't really know when it will be open. They mess up my prescriptions so I always have to count and check everything. They don't give me a 90 day supply but charge for it. I end up having to go back and correct them. Worst of all is trying to get a hold of them over the phone. They don't answer and leave you on hold for at least an hour. Then they rush and don't answer all your questions. They hang up as soon as they think they're done helping you. I have been trying to get prescriptions sent to a new pharmacy to not deal with this Walgreens but they won't do it. My new pharmacy has called with no luck to get the prescriptions transferred. They even gave us a printed request to give to Walgreens so they can fax the prescriptions. Walgreens refused to accept the printed request and said the new pharmacy needs to call. If Walgreens doesn't pick up the phone I'm basically screwed with getting the prescriptions out of there. Trying my best to get everything out and not come back.

Is there a MINUS 5 STARS TO RATE THIS PLACE? This is the worse pharmacy ever to deal with. My 78 yr mother made 3 trips medication never ready they kept telling her to come back. I decided to ho on a Sunday morning the ckerk adked me come back aftet 3pm. I did and still no medications!!? Decided to fire Walgreens This happened over a week ago. Why did I just get a call telling me her medication has been seating there for 5 days and if we don't pick up they'll be return... REALLY???

This Walgreens is horrible for getting photos printed..I have gone 4 times and every single time they give me blurry pictures, pictures of sizes I never asked for and multiple photos of the same print...dont get your photos here you will have thrown away money I have spent over 100 dollars on bad unusable photos

We didn't buy anything from this location, but in the 10 minutes we were browsing around (looking for a specific item)...we really enjoyed the vibe of the employees. Whomever was all on the morning shift on Thursday 02/01/22, we appreciate the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere.My son and I rolled up and down the valentines section and toy aisles (which they have so much more than other locations abs at great prices)! We paused an employee from whatever she was doing to ask for something we were looking for and she walked up and down the aisles with us trying to help. Even though they didn't have what we were looking for, we appreciate the help nonetheless!

I go here every month to pick up prescriptions. The lines are long the staff is small. They are patient with people as far as I can see and have been with me. They call me and let me know about my prescriptions and send lots of reminders. Perhaps this is because their counters are covered in prescriptions for people. It's insane it takes them a while just to even sift for mine sometimes there is so many. Next time if it's like that (because it's not always but often if that makes sense) I'd take a picture and post it but standing there taking a picture of a bunch of prescriptions seems like an invasion of privacy so I'm not going to do that but if you go here you've seen it. For the most part everyone is pretty knowledgeable. There hasn't been something someone couldn't help me with. I noticed sometimes some of the staff isn't the best at updating us on what's going on like if I'm waiting for a COVID test or something. I understand long waits are not something that can be helped however I feel steady communication is a good buffer. Once again though short staff can lead to someone being notified being at the bottom of a todo list ya know. I also think the setting in the pharmacy the environment there isn't a lot of interaction it's a lot of tedious busy bee work so keep in mind it might not be that persons strong suit perhaps why they chose the profession to begin with. Anyway. I have been picking up my prescriptions from here for about 8 months now and today Wendy called from pharmacy she was very helpful, polite, and patient. As for the basics:My prescriptions are accurate and correct. Any help I've needed I've gottenWait times are literally hit or miss I feel like it doesn't matter if you go at the same time or not but then again I've never really went super early so that would be the only time but I've went from like 10 am to close and it was always hit or miss. I prefer quality over timesaver with meds though to be honest. I do think the pharmacists can stand to be kinder to their working staff. I have seen the pharmacist snap at the staff for not knowing where a COVID vaccine person waiting went. It's not an office it's a store and they are behind the counter working just like her how were they supposed to know. I've been to a lot of pharmacy picking up meds has been apart of my life for years and I have to say this is the first Walgreens I have felt consistency. Even consistency in the wait times at times being super long. But at least you know in advance to prepare for that time slotSo for me it has consistency and accuracy. All in all pretty good pharmacy for me. But come on Walgreens maybe your pharmacy needs to expand and you need more staff just sayin

Would give negative stars if that was possible. Wasted my time driving back to exchange antibiotics tablets for capsules that I literally just picked up and did not take when I just got off the phone with the pharmacy saying I had the choice just to get told it already left the pharmacy they can’t do anything about it but then if it was their mistake they would remake it. Oh so you can do something about it then ask why? First of all it doesn’t matter why since you aren’t going to do anything about it. Because tablets don’t work but you probably paid or cheated your way through that part of school to know that.Save yourself the headache and go to CVS.There’s a reason why this location has so many bad reviews. I should’ve checked first before wasting my time and a prescription that I can’t fix and hope I don’t get an infection.

Trying to get through with their automated device is a constant nightmare. NEVER yet have l got through on 1 or 2 calls So frustrating that you have to hang up and try again and again, morning, noon and night. The background music is so broken up and annoying, come on people..quit the annoying 10 minutes on hold..
