This is terrible 30mins waiting for them to answer at the pharmacy..and when the girl doe she is very rude and leaves you waiting another 20mins..so ridiculous

Understaffed, they don’t spend enough money on labor so there’s always a huge line. One person answering the phone and working the drive-through while trying to help the people on the inside waiting

From the techs to the pharmacist, they all act like they woke up on the wrong side of life! If you don’t like what you do, go work from home. Don’t be in customer service. I’m so over this pharmacy thinking they have a say in what I put in my body. If I can give negative stars, I would give negative stars!! It’s the automatic judgment, cold, dismissive unprofessionalism for me!!! Why do they feel they can argue with you when they don’t even know you nor the situation!!!! If only they could walk an hour in just 1 of my shoes!! Disgusting!! I’ve been in this area for over 15 years and I have switched from them to CVS to another pharmacy and drive an hour away because pharmacies just suck!!! You are not my doctor, you have no idea what’s going on in my life. Just fill my prescription and move along, do your job. With a smile!!!

Racial profiling everytime I go in I pull out money and either get essentials or just look around and the front desk clerk is always looking at me. I went in to get deodorant one time and I caught the front desk clerk watching as I came in and saw her staring at me the whole entire time I was in the store. If I could give a 0 star I would and the customers service is just trash

The pharmacy is horrible. They never have enough employees to assist with the long wait times inside and in the drive thru. When people are unwell or with children that are not feeling well, it is such an inconvenience to wait in line more than 20 minutes for a prescription. I have been all different times of day and its always the same! Awful experience every single time. Sure miss rite aid across the street.

I must admit, Matt's crew has been exceptional. Chris, in particular, was extra helpful today, and overall, I have experienced a significant improvement in customer service compared to the past. Emily, Elvira, Daisy, and the rest of the team I've interacted with have all been great.
As a weekly customer of this pharmacy, I am pleased to say that I have no complaints. I highly recommend giving this location another chance if you had any issues in the past.

I’ve had poor experiences here before but with that said I gotta admit the Friday morning 8am crew is super solid. They were quick but more importantly to me the pharmacist was helpful and understanding, out of my last 30+ visits to a pharmacy this was by far the most pleasant. Wish I had gotten your name but thank you

Went in for some snacks since I'm disabled and can't go to the big store right now. I got a bag of kettlecorn yesterday and saw three more bags on the shelf. I went back today and couldn't find any. Well I looked on the bottom shelf and there they were in the way back hidden. This store is trying to sell old inventory I have found and accidentally purchased expired food products here multiple times. I thought just the pharmacy side of this store was bad which is why I switched pharmacies but now that I know what they're doing I won't be back even to snack.

Do not come here EVER if you are need of medication urgently. They are understaffed and extremely slow. They wont try to pass you on to any other pharmacy they will just keep telling you your prescriptions is almost done until you are stuck waiting 5 entire hours and have no choice but to recieve your medicine here because it is the only pharmacy open 24 hours near you. Please take my advice and choose to recieve your medication somewhere else.

The pharmacy team Member I spoke to was very off putting and rude. He interrupted me several times in a monotone way that seemed like he was bored and wasn’t interested in me clarifying anything. I have never had to tell an employee of any store, restaurant or anywhere else that they were being rude. If I wanted to just give a birthdate and name I would have gone through the automated system. The question I had was more specific and the other Walgreens locations were much more helpful and courteous. I don’t think I will go to this pharmacy after this experience but, others may not have a choice so I hope they improve their customer service.
