I have been waiting for over a month for service. The first appointment was 8/14/2017. They never came out and never called. Customer service was unable to reach the dispatch when I called. Then I finally got an appointment scheduled for 9/21/2017 and again no call no show. I called customer service again and no help figuring out why nobody called or showed. I asked if they could expedite an appointment for me but they were not even able to set an appointment up. They missed 2 appointments 3 years ago when I had service connected originally on a prior house. This is not the exception it's seems it's what is expected. Its just how Frontier does business. I never had problems like this when Version was running the show.

Arranged with Dish for computer services. They contract with Frontier /Verizon. But ...Frontier never called. So cancelling I guess ...

Verizon is now Frontier Communications. This isn't a review about this location but new service setup in this area. I called customer service 3 weeks before I moved and received a date. On Monday they were supposed to install between 8-12 but didn't show up. I call customer service and was told they cancelled it. Ummm what?!? However they would waive the installation fees and escalate it so I could have it installed the next morning at 9am. Next morning at 10am I called and they said it was scheduled for Thursday 8-12. Guess what today is... So I called at 7am to verify if I was scheduled and as soon as she put me on hold for several minutes I KNEW there was a problem. She came back and said she was told she had to reschedule the install for a different week. 3 days off of work missed and they don't install on Saturdays. I'll just go to Mediacom and see what kind of service we get. HOW can any company be THIS bad, horrible, ridiculous? I mean REALLY?!?!
