By far the best customer service I’ve ever received! I was hesitant to visit this location because of some of the reviews about how long the line can get but I now understand that this location is so busy because it’s the best! The staff is friendly, attentive and transparent. I will be back :)

Our go-to location for an oil change!This is the only Valvoline that my family will go to. The service is always superb and we never regret it.Everyone is always really nice and they never pressure us to do any services that we don't want. Although they only have 2 lanes, they're really efficient so the wait isn't too long. The prices are kind of high, but you're basically paying to stay inside the car. Considering they offer great quality and service, I don't mind paying so much. Definitely recommend for your next oil change!

Unfortunately I have to give this oil joint a one star. My wife had our vans oil changed here and a few days later she noticed a few spots of oil in the driveway. A few weeks later she came out to a puddle of oil. We had the van towed to the dealership to find out the oil filter was over tightened causing the filter housing to crack and leak oil. Beware

expensive. learn to fix your car. they done tighten my oil filter too tight and i spent way too long replacing it myself. I broke my wrist during the process. thanks valvoline

One of the slowest Valvoline all employees are talking to each other. It's one employees is doing everything on one vehicle. No team effort at all. # 15 min or less the lies. An hour later could have going to Jeff Lube.

Drive thru oil change it was my first time and I absolutely loved it the 2 Gentlemen checked everything changed my oil told me what was and wasn't wrong with my car didn't try to upsell me on anything i was in and out in under 20 minutes I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a oil change

I had my oil changed here. My next change was at a different shop who informed me that they had overfilled my oil, which could cause a gasket to leak. They also reinstalled my filter too tight, fortunately the other shop was able to remove it without it breaking. Avoid this place!

Every visit I've had at this location has always been positive. Their teams are very professional and very honest when it comes to recommendations. Today I had J working with me, Ricky working under the hood, and another mechanic at the underneath bay. All three worked well and took good care of my car. Got in at 8am and was out in 15 minutes.

I went with my daughter today to the Menifee store for them to do an oil change. Her car ran perfectly smooth. When we pulled in after they did the oil change. Her charging light came on and battery light. They told her I was probably the alternator her car had absolutely no issue before going in for an oil change. We ended up sitting for almost 5 hours, waiting for a tow truck. They couldn’t even offer to tow her car home. We had a seven month old baby with us and they couldn’t offer any help so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody because now she’s sitting without a car because of something they did other than oil change

Disappointed because this is my go to spot. All my vehicles come here every couple months along with my work fleet. Got home today and looks like they didn't clean up there mess. Definitely not cool and unacceptable for the prices we pay. Unfortunately will be looking for another place to go from now on

You go to these places for convenience and their 15 minute service times and pay a premium but I guess these guys care more about socializing than doing their job in a timely manner. Almost 2 hours at this place for an oil change...not even Walmart is that slow!Service: Oil change

<{TLDR}Just took my car in for an oil change and my air filter cover was not securely fastened and my car went into limp mode and wouldn’t go faster than 45mph on the way home.>There was an Amg Mercedes in front of me and the girl put some fuel additives in it and upon finishing was just slamming the fuel door shut over and over laughing to herself until she finally realized you had to hold it shut for a second for the electronic sensor to clasp. After seeing that I told them not even to put air in my tires as it really put me off as a customer with how’s they’d treat my car. When they were done I asked for a sticker for a hybrid that doesn’t tell me to come in at 3k miles as hybrids don’t require an oil change for 10k and I was told that they don’t print stickers like that because they still advise people to come in every 3k miles... they don’t mind lying to you or treating your car with disregard. NEVER. GOING. TO. VALVALINE. AGAIN. Pep boys in Hemet will be the better option than valvaline in Hemet or Minifee if you don’t want a bunch of kids joking around having silly conversations with each other while not focusing on getting your car taken care of right.Service: Oil change
