Worst Ulta, they never have things in stock or organized. Sales associates always seem to avoiding to help you. Not to mention DO NOT DO RETURNS here go to another location they act like it’s coming out of their paychecks. Avoid this location at all costs they need to be humbled.

We just came from this place. I wanted to see if I could try other brands than what I’m used to. I usually just order online but I’ve been wanting to take my daughters here too. We finally went in for the first time after being in Menifee for 7 years. The lady by the front door was very nice. I just wish I stayed with her and accepted her offer to assist further. ??♀️ The lady by the Anastasia was VERY RUDE and JUDGEMENTAL. I was looking at the Anastasia eye brow stuff to buy and new foundations and asked her if she helps with eyebrow stuff and she just said no that’s over back there, gave me a fierce judgy look, moved the high chair away from me and turned her back. I wanted to ask more about foundation to best match my skin color but she was almost trying to ignore me. Then 2 white young ladies approached and she was like night and day. All smiles and very very helpful. I was shocked and hurt and just left the store! It’s a very disgusting behavior for someone who works with customers.

Cashier long hair with glasses (had no name tag on) was rushing through customers, when it was my turn I asked her if I could use my coupon for my transaction and she immediately said no because it “didn’t qualify”. I went to my car and applied the coupon on the same product in the APP and it DID qualify. I had to go back in and she had to do a return and ring me up AGAIN, when she could have just had the decency to check it right the first time instead of just trying to rush me out. She wasn’t even nice about it, being that it was HER mistake.

Laurel, Emily, and Keilani were super helpful and nice! They were all knowledgeable about the products and were honest about them. Laurel helped me find the perfect foundation and concealer shade. Emily helped me find a primer and multiple products. And Keilani was my cashier and suggested products I had questions about. Their vibes were immaculate

I would give even more stars if I could. I had made an appointment at the Ulta location in Temecula for both my hair and makeup. My husband and I were throwing a 10 year anniversary party at one of the amazing venues in Temecula. The systems went down , and I was very clear at the outset that I wasn’t going to pay cash. I had Ulta gift cards etc. They texted me and said I could just sign a paper , that I can come back and pay with gift cards. A friend of mine was taking me to my appointment, and just as we were going there , they told me that their upper management won’t allow that. I was extremely upset because I wanted to look really nice for our special event. I called Ulta in Menifee and what a difference. They took most of my gift cards, except for one. I asked one of the managers if they could take one of them and they couldn’t. This wasn’t an Ulta gift card, it was a digital credit card. I don’t know if she thought I was mad, but no quite the opposite. The ladies at Ulta at Menifee felt bad about what happened with respect to my appointment at the other location. Meegan did an awesome job on my makeup. My husband doesn’t care for too much makeup and he liked the way Meegan did it. Yudith, did my hair was also great.
Lynelle, who was the receptionist , was so nice as well! These girls stayed over , to do my hair and makeup, so I can look and feel my best. Everyone was just so nice and courteous. There is a very clear difference in management in this location, versus the other one, and it’s paying off. Thanks Ulta , Menifee!

Very organized!
Almost every single aisle we went into was super organized. They had all of the brands from drugstore to luxury. We came during a pretty crowded time so we didn't interact with anyone. Prices were pretty reasonable and I saw a lot of new items. Some shelves weren't as stocked as others, but we didn't mind.
We'll definitely be stopping by more often!
