The worst store ever! The manager Carolyn is nasty with an intolerant attitude! I bought items online. NOT AT ALL AS DESCRIBED! Paid $&0.00 for a necklace I would have NEVER purchased if I saw in person. Fist she said I switched necklaces! Had to to go my online order for proof. Then she had the NERVE to say I’m only entitled to a gift card! Who does that!!?? Receipt and all! So now I have to come up with the $$ to pay pay my credit card. Please shoot at another TJ Maxx! I will not be shopping there because of the nasty manager! Please boycott with me! Cheap stuff and way over priced! Again the manager is Carolyn. Do not deal with her as she will do as she pleases and has no problem accusing you of theft and wrong item returns. I got her supervisors number and will be taking my issue up with her. Thanks for listening.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the worst of all the TJ Maxx's I have been too and I truly love Marshalls and TJ. I bought my sister a birthday present the day before yesterday in the jewelry dept. She didn't like it (I did) so I returned it yesterday. The girl behind the counter treated me as if I was a thief and a scammer. She asked me if I removed the bail, NO I didn't, she then spent 15 minutes checking to see if the chain was real gold all the while shaking her head as if it wasn't. Finally, she refunded my money. I then went to the front registers to return a shirt that had a hole in it. I didn't notice it when I tried it on. The girl who waited on me asked me if I put the hole there! OMG, I work at Lowe's the hotbed of stealing, and I would never be allowed to treat even a thief that way. Don't even get me started on how dirty and filthy this TJ is. It's gross. I will stay far away from it. SHAME ON YOU.

Dirty, wall then the doors and there is son much filth and dirt, if you have allergies, you will immediately start sneezing. Clean it up TJ!!!

Managers rude and keep items from getting further discounted. If it's on clearance no further discount given even for dirty ripped items. Hardly any items discounted compared to other stores. More clearance clothes at kohl's next door. I done with this location. It's supposed to be yellow tag sale and hardly any yellow tags. ?

Overpriced store. Got 2 little purses for $70. Couldn't find a peacoat to fit. Or decent shoes. Everything looks jumbled up and picked over.
