Karina is the only one I trust with my dog! She is so knowledgeable and has been grooming for years. She has groomed my dog since he was a baby and does an amazing job every time. He is a shitzu and very active so his hair is prone to tangles and mats but Karina gets all of those tangles out and leaves his coat silky smooth and fluffy. I couldn't recommend her more! Her business is also mobile and so convenient. It's nice to stay in the comfort of your home while the pups get their pampering done.

Karina is THE BEST. We have been using The Pet Parlor since 2020. She's always in time. I never have a hard time scheduling him. Our dog loves her and she is so sweet with him. He smells so great. His nails always look great. His teeth are clean. I love the seasonal bandanas she's puts on him too. We are so thankful for The Pet Parlor.

Karina is so good at what she does. She is kind, patient, and a gifted groomer. 10/10 would recommend. I don't trust very many people with my animals but I definitely trust her.

Karina came and did a beautiful job on my sweet 13 year old poodle. She did exactly how I wanted it, and for a reasonable price did it all! Paws, nails, ears, cleaned her ears!!! She really did a great job! Best cut my dog has had in a long time. Perfect mobile Groomers and will be using again in the future!

I'm sooo glad I found Karina. Thank you thank you for taking well care of my "Kids" i love love how good they smell, and the cut was perfect. I love that she's mobile. I been looking for a groomer for a while and finally found it. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Oh my gosh, Christina did such an amazing job with my baby. He looks so good! The haircut was not choppy at all and you can see his cute little face now! There were no cuts or abrasions. I've been to a couple other grooming places and this place is by far the best and will now be our go-to grooming place. Also, compared to other places, the pricing is very reasonable. They even gave him a bow tie! Everyone there was also very nice and happy to answer any questions.

These people are horriblly rude & unprofessional. If you don't have your dog pre-groomed like a professional dog groomer before your appointment be prepared to be snapped at and belittled as soon as you step foot in the door. My autistic child is still traumatized about how we were treated! My dog was scared to death to go in. I felt maybe they hit him last time. My dog isn't scared with our mobile groomer. Zero Stars for Pet Parlor.

I just moved here to Menifee, and couldn't find a groomer that I liked. I took a chance here, and was incredibly pleased by the results. My standard poodle looks amazing, perfect hair cut, perfect shave, perfect groomer. I wish I could remember the name of the groomer, so I could request again. Rooby (my pup) cleaned out her ears, clipped her nails, and her head poof is so beautiful, I've never seen her look more perfect. My habit is to get her shaved, because I do not like maintaining hair, so when I told them to give her a poof, but shave ears, face, feet, and body for easy maintenance for a hyper active pup that is constantly rolling in dirt, they 100 percent listened to my needs and made her look beautiful. I could not be more pleased with this groomer. I was nervous because I don't like leaving my baby with someone new, since she's a rescue pup, she gets very skittish, but after the initial anxiety, which is typical, she settled down, did perfectly well, and enjoyed her time at this place. Perfect place for a pup that has extreme anxiety. They treated her anxiety and discomfort with respect and had her comfortable and settled down easily and quickly. They had her looking perfect after only two hours. Fastest, best, most calm grooming experience I've ever had. Very kind groomers, with a lot of skill.

Always love going to Steph here at this salon! She always does an amazing job and really cares about the dogs well being, cuts hair to the best perfection she can get, and gives it to you straight what would be best while taking your opinions in consideration. I absolutely love coming here, my fur babies are so comfortable with her and it's a breeze. I have no worries coming in because I know she's taking in my dogs health and we'll being first before anything else and that's what matters to me the most thank you for all the hard work! I love that we can connect that the dogs well being comes first, before a fancy style/haircut or that the nails need to be cut shorter because they hurt a person when they jump, but some people don't realize that you can't cut past the dog's nail quik because it's like cutting a persons finger or that if your dog has matted fur that's like a person having a rats nest of hair that's super tangled and your expecting gorgeous hair after??? people gotta do their research before getting pets. I love that Steph is very knowledgeable, experienced and informative to the best of her abilities to let a client know why or why not some haircuts or trims can or can't happen Come here they know what they're doing :)

If you want a haircut for your dogs dont go here...they specialize in shaves and butchering dogs hair. I have a pomeranian and American eskimo and wanted a haircut only cut..not a full body shave. I ask for the sanitary cut to be extra short. They gave all my dogs full body sanitary cuts. The only thing they got right was their tails. I talked to the manager and she didn't give a sh!t how I felt. And one of the groomers there didn't give a crap what I wanted ...it seemed by the way she was acting...that I was asking for too much. Very unprofessional and expensive for just shaving them. STAY AWAY IF YOU ADORE YOUR DOGS. MINE ARE SHIVERING NOW BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HAiR AND THEY ARE COLD. I am usually nice but screw this place

I took my two French bulldogs to get a wash and nails trimmed. Both dogs looked amazing and I was super happy with the treatment they received. I would definitely go back and have both dogs groomed again. The staff was great and everyone was friendly.
