I've been coming to Lissette for about 10 years now and she is the only person that I trust with my hair. She's has kept my hair healthy throughout the different styles l've had. At times, Ive decide I want a change but am not sure exactly what I want so l give her a general idea and trust her to do what she thinks would look best and I always love it. I also love that she is very honest about what is attainable and talks you through what the best option would be to get to your desired hair color.Aside from being professional and very trust worthy, I always have a lot of laughs when I’m in her chair!

I left this salon feeling like a princess! Cynthia gave me a beautiful highlight & cut with bangs and I had a wonderful experience overall, will definitely be coming back!

I have always gotten the best haircuts at this salon; everyone is friendly and really listens to you when you say how you want your hair done. I saw Cynthia yesterday and she specializes in crazy curly hair like mine. Sue is the owner and you won't find a sweeter lady! I highly recommend this salon for whatever you need done. True pros!!

Yesterday I had my hair cut for the first time in 4 years and was dreading how it would turn out as I had never been to this salon before. Errin cut my hair and I am very happy with it. She cut it according to the way I described. She also recommended a product for my thin hair on top. They do not sell the product there so I didn't feel like the recommendation was just to sell something. I ordered the product from Amazon and I am amazed at how well it works. The shop is small but very nice. Easy parking. I would recommend both the shop and Errin.

Erin does a amazing job! I went in for a color correction a few months back and she fixed my hair! This week she did a great job toning and cutting my hair.

Erin was recommended to me by my mom. At first I was skeptical as the area she works in usually caters to what I assume to be older clientele, and as I walked in her morning client was of advanced age (the clients hair looked great!). I was WONDERFULLY surprised at how well Erin listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection! It’s a fresh young cut that frames my face and has PERFECT long layers. Erin has a great eye for proper layering and it’s styled SO WELL! She even gave me a little neck and temple massage during the shampooing!! So relaxing! So I took my daughter with very thick hair here , and the girl was very nice, but obviously doesn’t know how to cut thicker Hispanic hair. The haircut was really unflattering and we just wanted a blunt bob. Somehow there’s layers in it and now we are stuck with this ugly cut .Service: Haircut

Horrible horrible... stylist did not listen to what I wanted done! Didn't think roots, freshen up highlights with a cut was difficult! Ruined my highlights from honey blonde to red, my V point cut layers to a blunt cut and used thinning shears instead as her way of a point cut! Owner was extremely rude! Stylist did not honor her attempt to make things right to fix my hair... booked an appointment to fix and she never showed up... no call or text and she's now not answering or responding! Rude rude ... so unprofessional!!! I can't believe I trusted this place, thinking they're professionals and know what they're doing! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! I spent 198.00 for someone to not listen period and to do what she wanted instead of satisfying her client! Shame on you, the owner as well for not providing good customer service! I wish there was an option for no star on this review because this place is a joke! Oh yeah, they ran out of shampoo lol ...I find that hilarious....seriously you can't afford to keep inventory for your products you use n charge your customers Sue!!

My stylist was very personable but unfortunately I did not get what I wanted. She was trying to accommodate me when asked to redo my hair but the time slots did not fit my schedule. The one star is not for Cynthia. The 1 star is for Sue, the manager. She wasn't professional at all and she closes the salon any time despite what it says on the window. I txt her and called her but she did not respond to me. I even went in personally to speak to her and when i told her that I had been trying to get a hold of her, all she said was, "Oh, yea?" With a attitude! When I explained to her what was going on, which she had been made aware by Cynthia, she did not apologize and she said that my hair needed more toner and that the color was naturally fading. Like what!? I told her that my hair shouldn't been fading within one week of having my hair done. I told her that my previous color is returning and my new color is fading. I asked to come back and have it redone. Sue said that she didn't even want to get up to get her cell phone to schedule a appointment for me! She did get up but she complained while doing so. Idk who hired her but it's the biggest mistake as I know many people complained about her. I decided to miss my rescheduled appointment and go to a professional. A manager should treat people with respect and thank them for their business as the customers are the ones paying their paychecks! If anyone knows how to get in contact with the owner please post it.Services: Haircut

My 10 year old loved her hair cut here. She wanted a trim and nothing more or less. She got exactly what she wanted because the person listened to her. We were taken care by Cynthia. She was so nice. And did a fantastic job !
