Just moved to the area and super impressed with the patience of the manager Ed and Collin by the print area. They dealt with rudest customer I have ever heard in my life as true professionals. The cashier Nicollet was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Great store with a great staff!

The customer service here is AMAZING!! Justin at the copy & print center was so kind and caring! I brought in my ultrasound photo to be laminated and he made sure the original copy wasn't damaged by making a copy for me instead. I was asked by 2 employees if I needed any help while shopping, and the cashier was super friendly! Such a great experience, Thanks Staples Menifee team!!

needed to get a small notebook, wandered aimlessly for a good moment until i was approached by blarn. they were absolutely fantastic, lead me immediately to what i was looking for, recommended a cute set of three, and i was sold on the product. they were extremely helpful, and i'm glad to see staples employs such wonderful and friendly employees. thank you blarn! from ace and gray

I live in Menifee, and there's a Staples near my home. It's about a1.2 miles away, very convenient. However they're under staffed and it takes me a while to get a service representative to help me. They don't have some supplies I need because I was shopping for a business car, and their chairs were uncomfortable and cheap quality. Every chair I sat in was uncomfortable and finally made my back hurt. Value for my money was just ok. I will still go to Staples for basic supplies I need.

I've had some printing done a few times and had great experiences. This last time I had some issues with some of my pictures. They were saved as a lower quality image and they pixelated a bit. Finn was amazing. He was able to fix the issue with eh same file and provided awesome customer service. He called me to keep me updated. Definitely the kind of guy who does what he says he is going to do. I will be doing more printing at staples.

I found what I needed in Staples, but ver expensive. Spent $35 for 3 pens. Wow! It would have been more if I did not get the Veterans Day discount. Thank god I'm a veteran.

We have been shopping at Staples for a couple of dozen years. This store is clean, well laid out and similar to many others we've been in. They have a smallish office equipment area of mostly chairs. But excel at all the usual items, of pens, paper, printers and refill cartridges... to lots of electronic gear for our new office at home, away from our office at work. Thanks COVID!

This goes particularly for Mark (or Marc) from England. When I initially made a purchase there, I also received decent customer service, but tonight when I made a return, the experience I had interacting with Mark was something to comment on. All I did was a return, but regardless, Mark communicated with me exceptionally well, being mindful to provide me with details as to which credit card to pull out for my return, as well as to strike up conversation with me - you know, basic human-to-human type stuff, rather than just seeing and treating me like a generic and anonymous "customer" to deal with and move along as soon as possible. I'm not the biggest fan of using that term (customer) all that much, because I feel it creates a wall between the true and full perception of us all just being people, rather than playing roles of service representative and customer. I dislike these divisions and roles we unnecessarily place on ourselves, and always have. We had a pleasant conversation, and I shared my appreciation of his attention to sharing with me details in regards to the transaction, and breaking that formal wall down, as I shared with him, that I'm used to great to excellent customer service being from Chicago (which unfortunately isn't commonly found around here, and in Southern California in general from my experience), though it's exceptional when that wall comes down, and that can be less common even in Chicago where businesses focus on training employees in this mindset of formality. If only business and large corporations could understand this basic notion, as well as us customers... Thank you so much for making the rest of my evening, Mark. And I do hope you get to visit Chicago one of these summers soon, as it truly is the best city to experience in the summer, hands down.

Great, responsive service! This was my first time using Instacart. I ordered some school supplies and had them delivered to my house. The person that pulled the order called to let me know if the store had all the items I ordered. The delivery was on time. I was such a breeze to order online with Staples. I will definitely order online again.

I was looking for a name badge for work and I couldn't find any magnetic badges on the shelf. Antoinette and Michelle really helped me out trying to find one really good customer service. Jason actually lent me a badge free of charge. I really appreciate the support in this store!

Going to Fedex now...Seems no matter how many times I send a print job to them, something or another is wrong with it, they always print my order on 28lb instead of what I order which is 24lb, when confronted they tell me the machines won't handle the paper which was proven incorrect by the District Manager. My last order they printed on the self-serve machines which included a much larger margin around the sheet making it harder to work with, again when confronted, it took over 4 days for them to get back to me and the DM will no longer accept my calls. They had an associate at the store call me, stating that only 1 person will work on my orders from now on to make it right, heck, I don't need that I just want my order as placed. Besides Fedex is cheaper as well.

I use the copy center several times a year for small orders. Every time I have been in the service has been knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are also reasonable. Always a 5 star exoerience.

Disappointed with failure of customer service to offer using a template for our memorial poster. Dissatisfied with the quality of finished product manager Matthew we found argumentative and unfair with inability to correct the error of excluding the name which was requested but dismissed with customer service when struggling to include dates. Have not had problems in the past with staples. We learned from this to take larger projects elsewhere. Sorry to have had to leave this poor review. I usually have had better experience with them.

Always great customer service. Employees are always positive and extremely helpful. I can always find someone to help. Last week Zachery helped me find the right pencil. He spent so much time explaining the different lead, mechanical pencils etc. He is a true expert at what he does.
