This review should have been submitted a month ago so my apologies. August 7 to be precise. Jeff gave me a warm and welcoming greeting and was very attentive to my needs. I ordered a fountain soda but there was no ice available from the machine. Daniel proactively took my refill cup and filled it with ice from the back to my satisfaction. Great choice for hires, Shell/711 of Menifee nearest the 215 exit at Newport!

I went in for a water bottle this morning before gassing up my car and when I paid It was with a $50. Working with cash registers in the past I know there are "special" buttons for bill increments unbeknownst to me the cashier instead manually input $40 acting like everything was fine I started to walk away and then it dawned on me $13 for a water bottle was not right so I turned around and asked what the price is he informed me it was a mistake if you really ask me there's some shady shit going on wether it was truly a mistake or if he's trying to pocket an "easy" $10 either way management really should be aware that their employees are potentially scamming their customers

Awful customer service, especially late at night. Older guy working here is straight up incompetent. Wouldn’t even take my cash for a pump because I was interrupting his personal conversation. Total joke.

Just needed to pay with cash for a pump and waited over five minutes while older, skinny guy at the register was having a personal conversation with the guy in front of me(they're the only two in the store). After waiting a while, I tried handing my cash to the cashier and explaining that I need it on a pump, and am told to be patient. All while this guy is chatting & not doing his job. I just said screw it and paid at the pump. Old guy shouldn't be working here, no sense of urgency.

The workers at the 7 eleven are awesome almost had a heat stroke and they were so nice letting us cool down in the store and providing us with water and ice very nice and helpful

Stopped here for a cup of coffee very early in the morning after driving back from Carlsbad and the dark roast had just finished brewing.The woman behind the counter asked how I was doing and listened to me for a moment while I told her about what had been a hard day.The coffee was may have been fresh, but her simple act of Motherly kindness to a stranger in a time of apparent need, almost as if she had made the coffee just for me, is why this was the best cup of coffee I've ever had.

Something weird is going on at this gas station or at least on pump 7. My card shows two transactions, one for 75 and the other for 35. I only pumped 35 and change worth of gas. I think they're scamming people at this gas station. It's happening when you enter your pin. It will tell you wrong pin even if you enter the correct one. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER USING THE PUMP AT THIS GAS STATION.

Got charged 200 dollars for filling up with only around 66 bucks, its been 3 days and still waiting for it to return back in my account, not only that the transaction disappeared on my card.
