I got a flat tire. Called my roadside insurances at 8 pm to use my emergency roadside assistance and at first they sent out Keith and brenda mills expedite roadside service.a older lady probably 45 to 50 age and her son probably 18. She was not able to take off one of the lug nuts. It was on real tight. She had a battery powered drilland only a few sockets. She told me sorry she couldn't change the tire and left me stranded with a flat. Time 10pm. Called back and let them know what happened. Finally around 1 am my insurance called me back to let me know they where going to send out someone else. Eddie showed up around 2 he said he got out of bed just to come help me out cus he herd my situation. He brought the right tools and had that lug nut off in less than 10 min. Thanks eddie you really saved me I really appreciate it.Service: Tire change

Ok, so, I ran out of gas and I called Rush Roadside Service to see if they could help. I talked to someone ( I think his name was Eddie ) and he helped me out so much. I had a gas can full of gas and I couldn't get it into my car without it spilling, so Eddie talked to and helped me make a makeshift funnel out of an empty water bottle. I know I didnt end up needing their services, but the fact that he was willing to stay on the phone with me and help me problem solve makes me confident that this is a GOOD company with GOOD people. Thank you so much, Eddie for your advice. And if I ever do need roadside assistance in the future, Rush Roadside Service will be my first call! Best wishes!

I parked my car, unknowingly walking into the house without turning the headlights off. The next morning, I woke up to a dead battery. Within minutes of placing the call for help, Rush Roadside Service arrived to provide me with the jumpstart I needed to proceed with my day. Thank you for your prompt assistance!

Excellent customer service provided, fast response time and very knowledgeable.No damages to my vehicle when conducting service everything went smoothly.I highly recommend Rush Roadside, Temecula too whoever needs service or help and resides in the city of Temecula/Murrieta. Very friendly and professional when helping all customers.
