The RITE Choice! I really like this Rite Aid as it's modern, squeaky clean and the staff are pretty helpful. My 55+ Dad had a moment with the self-checkout and the gentleman at the counter was patient and happy to help! The self-checkout scanners are convenient, a little odd, but convenient.
I've gotten Thrifty Ice Cream at this location and it's always a good texture, it doesn't immediately melt! It's good quality ice cream. There's a large over-the-counter section, a GNC vitamin area, and many food items. I also found a lot of make-up/cosmetic stuff. They have a little bit for everyone here. Parking is always available, this Rite Aid is near several neighborhoods.

Gina and Jennifer were very helpful.But they can only do so much when you don't have product.They were friendly and did great .Store is clean.

Walked in my kids after a hot day, hoping to get ice cream. The gentleman with long curly hair in the front refused to serve us ice cream because he is sick and does not know what he has and informed us that his management team would not let him call out so he can work his scheduled shift. Another coworker expressed I don’t know if you want to go and pay for your things in the front because I don’t know what my coworker has and I don’t know if you want to get it. It’s best you go shop elsewhere. Pharmaceutical practice store.

Today I went to pick up my wife's prescription. I also had to pay $11 for 3 pills they had provided to me while my prescription was on back order for almost a month. I had to have my prescription filled elsewhere because of the back order. Just seems strange to pay $11 for 3 pills when the regular 90 pill prescription is around $20 with insurance.

This is my go-to store when I need to do a quick run for personal items. Everything I need is usually in stock. The store is clean and organized. The staff are always courteous and helpful.

I have my prescriptions at Riteaid on Newport rd/ menifee rdI have had several times days in a row where there phones are supposedly not working .If you ask they just say” oh we are having trouble with the phones right now .How do you find out if your prescription is ready or not . How do I call for refill ?I can’t and this goes on a lot .I guess we are suppose to go down to order a drug or see if our meds are ready .Very unprofessional . This has been going on and off for months

Riteaid's in Newport rd and menifee rd. can barely call them . the phones just keep ringing . and for days at a time . how are you suppose to get things filled or ask questions ? they are impossible go to different pharmacy . save yourself the trouble

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. At 9 am my husband went to pick up a prescription for me that sent out the night before by a provider. They weren’t ready so we were told we had to wait. At 2 pm I had to call them to check the status. Some receptionist says “they’re still working on it because the pharmacist just got back from lunch”. No timeline given, understanding, or consideration for the appalling wait time and lack of tact. We went there as soon as they opened and they couldn’t fill one prescription in 5 hrs. Find a different pharmacy. As someone that lives within a 2 mile radius of this pharmacy I will gladly drive to another 5-10 miles away just to not deal with these people.Make a note that almost all the one star reviews for this rite aid center around the pharmacy and despite the owner replying saying you can reach out to customer service to address these issues you’re having with the pharmacy clearly ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done.

This store is always clean and stocked, I don't have to walk around carts or boxes either. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
