Me and my husband have been shopping here for over 8 years atleast and after having children I have been doing grocery pick up as it is easier. I have had a few issues over the last 2 years with my grocery pick ups having to make multiple trips back to the store due to forgotten items and such. But yesterday I made a grocery order and recieved my items and put everything away, however I had not looked at the meat until this morning when I was getting ready to put my roast on and noticed it was rotten and smelled really bad. I called and they told me to bring it down and they would replace it so I did and they came back to me stating the meat was expired and that I couldn't have possibly bought this meat yesterday and it wasn't the right meat on my receipt. I just cannot understand how this could have even happened. Do they not scan the items when doing grocery orders? I just spent $25 on a rotten piece of meat and they refused to swap it. I will not be shopping there anymore. Terrible customer service! Always make sure to look at each item before you leave the parking lot when doing grocery pick up!

I used to tell everyone to check out the fried chicken . Lately it is horrible! The Deli overcooks it so it is disgusting . I wish they would take more care .

The young man at self check was rude. The store prices were high, the same ham lunch meat I get for $5.99 at Winco was $9.99 here.

Don't try to use your MasterCard as credit because these Nazis don't take MasterCard credit. There were 10 or more people in line and just one register open. They told me to use the self-check out. I'm a senior, and I don't use self-checkout. I was never trained as a Ralph's cashier. And, you can't use your MasterCard anyway, but they don't tell you this until you've done all your shopping and are trying to check out. There are so many groceries, so don't waste your time at this angry, non-helpful Ralph's.

I have shopped here for 20+ years. It used to be great, I even still have a toaster I bought here in 1999. Now, I use instacart and every order the box wine has had needle holes in it and now, the vodka I ordered was delivered with the seal broken and at least 6 oz missing. I talk to them and corporate and they don't care. I am sick and tired of buying items only having to throw them away due to product tampering in the alcohol dept. Will buy elsewhere from now on.

Pat in the meat counter makes Ralphs awesome!! Went in asking a few simple questions regarding Atlantic and Sockeye Salmon. Super knowledgeable and -- hilarious! My husband and I couldn't stop laughing and after a stressful day, it was ever so welcome! Not only was he telling us his favorites and how he pars them, but when my son who is 5 started getting a sugar rush, Pat was great at entertaining my son and still giving us some grilling tips, honestly best visit to a grocery store EVER!
