The Starbucks in this store lacked speed and sense of quality customer service. We were standing for 5 minutes and were not greeted nor addressed. There were no other clients and the two baristas were cleaning. All we asked for was drip coffee and we ended up waiting another 15 minutes.

This Ralph's is a great market! The store is well kept, stocked as much as possible, clean and customer service is always good. My only complaint is the shopping carts. They need new ones and it would be helpful if there were more cart stalls in the parking lot so people won't leave it in the middle of the parking.
