If you buy a car here make sure you check the tires and that the tools to change the tire are when you get a flat because they sold you car with bad tire. Of course it happens at the worse time, got called into work for a emergency and when I came out to leave I had a flat tire due to tires having 60% life left on them and one being really bad when I bought the truck and then find out there is no tool to lower the tire, a jack or a lug wrench to change the tire. I was planning to change the rims and tires out so I didn't say anything at the time of purchase but now I'm really wishing i had. Thx r&r for leaving me stranded, I hope you got the look you wanted by cutting corners to make a extra buck. Makes me wonder what repairs you micky mouse before selling. I definitely won't be bringing it to you to fix the item we discussed when sold. Now I'm worried there is a bigger issue there that you tried to fix .I don't recommend purchasing from r&r due to you have no idea what corners they cut to save a buck.

My wife and I were looking for a car for the family. We found a great car at R&R online and went out and found some amazing people who worked at R&R. We were looking for more than a month and a half and found the best pricing and service with these guys. Don "Winger" was friendly, happy, an amazing salesperson, easy to work with, combined with Heath, Bob, and Mike are a great team, super patient and accommodating. They really went out of there way to make sure we understood the process and answering all questions. I highly recommend this gem in Menifee to anyone looking for a new car or truck. I will definitely be going back for our next car as well!!We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited! Great car and amazing price!

I can't say enough about Wingman and Mr DeSantos. They took care of my mom like she was a princess. This dealership group is fluent in English and Spanish, has awesome customer service. It was the easier car purchase I have ever made. I wish I had gone here sooner. Thank you all so much

Very rude on the phone. I called 9/11/23 to inquire about a vehicle. I asked how long the car has been there he said a month. I go to the website and it shows 170 days at that dealership. I asked about that he say so what! I wouldn't shop there if it's the only dealership in this world. People don't waste your time at this place!

Bad customer service. I called today and asked about a car he was very rude and lied to me about how long they had the car. I asked about the service history wouldn't give to me til I do a credit app. I looked on their website and it said car been there 170 days at that dealership. People of color don't do business there or you will be sorry you did.

This business is awesome!! The people who helped us were amazing, Don and Heath were so nice and super helpful. Great atmosphere, they have amazing deals on super reliable cars. Definitely recommend this place, there’s none of that back and forth negotiating and pushy upselling you’d get at a dealership. Will definitely be returning if we ever need to purchase another vehicle!

Went to R&R to take a look at some cars from their website and ended up trading in my old car and getting a new one! The customer service was fantastic and I love my new car! Very easy for inexperienced people to finance a good vehicle for a good price.

Bought my car little over 3 years ago with 103,000 miles and have put only 11,000 miles on it since because it’s always broken ! Car is a piece of junk did not have original motor in it like they advertised, also ended up finding out it had a accident later on, but they showed me a car check paper that said it was accident free. Also the tires on it were 4 years old, and when I told them that they insisted that I swapped them out within the same 2 months of purchasing. (Don’t have time/ energy to do that) also replaced clutch, rack n pinion, tires, master cylinder, within 1 week of buying from this horrible place. Their “mechanic and shop” in the back is horrible and a mess, mechanic had no clue what he was talking about. This place is a scam, staff is very argumentative and can’t handle and unhappy customers. Writing this review 3 years later cause I’m buying another car this week. Sucks I have to do this but they Didnt help me at all just treated me like a little kid with no respect! ( I was 18 at the time) Horrible experience and they never tried to make it right. 0/10 worst dealer in SOCAL! Avoid at all costs.

We bought a truck from these guys, drove it 60 miles and it literally blew up, there was 2 quarts of burned oil in the engine, it threw some parts all over the engine, destroyed everything inside including camshafts, pistons, everything. They charged us 15,000.00 for a truck that was blown, our mechanic told us they had to know it was junk, and still put themselves in a position to profit big off poor people. I hate this company and will tell everyone to stay away from a Carlota like this.

I recently was looking for a sporty car with quality and that i knew could last me awhile. As soon as I walked into R&R auto group's lot i saw a car that caught my eye. I asked if i could test drive it and they let me no problem, i fell in love with the car. My car sales man Winger took me under his wing and gave me all the information that i needed to know about the car. The car had a lightly cracked wind shield and a maintenance light was on. They took my car in no problem and got done what needed to get done. They hooked me up with a great deal! If you are looking for a car in the area I highly suggest looking at R&R auto group, they won’t let you down and their team there is amazing! 10/10 recommend
