Don't come in as a standby, we came here as my mom just moved from Missouri back to California and her doctor needed blood work, they didn't tell us to make a appointment, well we knew we would have to wait (totally understandable) but they Lie, one of the lady's that works here is rude as Freak, they told us that we have to see if anyone didn't show up for there appointment and if they don't then she will get her blood done, I said and how will we know that, she said to look at the board, ummmm lady do you think I know all these people? My mom is still number one on the standby list and it's been over 2 hours, I go to lab Corp and don't have these problems even when I've had to wait! I then ask another lady about it and she gives me a whole different story! This is also in Menifee

I had a scheduled 9:30 appointment this morning. The place was packed! There had to be about nine people waiting in the hallway because the room did not accommodate everyone. If you come as a walk-in, wait times are about an hour and a half. The phlebotomist, Reesa, called me back, never exchanged any polite conversation. Very cold work environment. I've been to the Quest on Hancock before, it is much bigger and roomier. The staff was much more friendly

Terrible. The girl who helped me looked off that bat mad. Gave me a ten minute grace period to wait in the lobby and look for my order(my md did not send it over). Found it under the 10 minutes but she did not come out to check. Had to press the help button and the girl re-added me to the waitlist. I got seen ONE HOUR after my appt. I was here ON TIME and I found my order UNDER THE 10 MINS. Guess I will be driving to the murrieta quest, much better there.

Something has been wrong with their system all week and I was unable to make an appointment online or via the app. I decided to just walk in and wait. Was told the wait would be 30-60 minutes. It's now been over two hours and I have not been seen. The waiting room is empty. Not sure what the employees are back there doing.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Quest Diagnostics, particularly at this location. It has become my absolute favorite Quest facility, and for good reason. The efficiency of this place is truly commendable. It operates like a well-oiled assembly line, ensuring that the entire process is swift and hassle-free. Making an appointment was a game-changer; I was in and out in no time. The staff manages the flow so seamlessly that you can see the impact it has on those who didn't plan ahead. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a full waiting room. However, the self-check-in system using their automated tablets made the entire process a breeze. As someone who usually finds self-checkouts a bit tedious in stores, I was pleasantly surprised by how user-friendly and efficient Quest's self-check-in system is. It made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Despite the bustling atmosphere and a full waiting room, I found the last available seat and sat down. To my surprise, I was called up almost immediately. When I inquired, the staff member mentioned that there were seven phlebotomists working that day. Overall, my experience at this Quest Diagnostics location was exceptional. The combination of a well-organized appointment system, user-friendly self-check-in, and a team of efficient phlebotomists makes this facility stand out. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a quick and seamless experience for their diagnostic needs. The staff's commitment to efficiency and customer service has undoubtedly earned them a well-deserved five-star rating in my book.

BadI came to drop off a pee sample for my daughter and I had to checked in and wait over an hour. This is ridiculous. They should be more efficient in this matter when dropping a sample and not make us wait hours.

Best experience here by far. First time here! Brisa helped me out and made me feel comfortable and was by far the best phlebotomist!

This is the worst phlebotomist facility in Riverside County,my 75 year old Mother had an appointment arrived at 10am because this bunch of imbeciles would not accept appointments. It wouldn't have been that bad but she was fasting the whole morning and afternoon and while waiting she ran to the bathroom and when she came back they said "you lost your turn because you did not answer when we called your name, now we don't know when and if we'll take care of you".What kind of stupidity is this? She was there for 3 and a half hours and still she did not get her blood drawn because the Queens and Princesses were leaving at 3pm and did not "feel" they would be able to accomodate my Mom.End result:complete and total disregard for a recent spinal and double knee replacement surgery patient,if this is not a perfect example of inept negligence by its entire staff at a Medical Facility I don't know what is.

My visit was great. I scheduled here because the Temecula and Murrieta locations seem to get backed up. I was seen right at my appointment time, the staff was friendly, and the waiting area is spacious and clean.

Tried to make an appt. for 2 days, but your system did not work!@!! Did not have appt. Showed up at 5am today. Waited until 7am while all patients with appts. were called ahead of me. This was ridiculous. I left without getting tested. I am angry and very upset. Anthony D'Agnenica

I scheduled an early AM glucose tolerance test that required me to fast for 8 hours prior. When I arrived, the tech asked if I ate already, and I said that I'd been fasting for the test. She told me to go eat a meal and to return in 2 hours to have my blood drawn.I did just that. Several weeks later, I get a call from my doctor indicating that I was given the wrong instructions and that I was not supposed to eat prior to the blood draw. My test results are now incorrect because the technician gave me the wrong instructions by telling me to go eat. Now, I need to take more time off work and get a second blood draw, which would have been unnecessary had the technician been more competent. The amount of incompetence is so frustrating and it makes me wonder what other errors this Lab is making!

This place is unbelievably rude! Machine told me to sit down I did, the loud rude woman said they don’t make appointments! How are they still in business? There is absolutely no reason to be rude and unkind to people!
