Horrible service. Overcharged and then was treated horribly and with attitude by both women working. As a a business owner myself I would never want these two in customer service in my place of business.

Such horrible service never going there again. I walked in and the lady with the blonde hair was extremely rude to me, she was giving me horrible attitude when I was asking her questions. She said that my “box” was not suitable for shipment, when I had just stopped by the store and bought a brand new shipping box. she wanted to charge me for a custom-made box and I asked how much will that be, laughed in my face and said “it won’t be cheap” then when she rang up my total for the shipping she was trying to charge me $85 for a shipment that was going an hour away from my house… went to USPS and I only paid $16! Please don’t give you’re money to this business not only are they extremely rude but they over charge and don’t give receipts for anything.

My 20 year old grandson went here to get a life scan done for a job he wants. It took all 3 ladies who work here to do the life scan. After 3 weeks the life scan was rejected as incorrectly done. He went back for help or a refund on the $150 incorrectly done life scan. They were rude and said no refunds. He has to start over somewhere else. One month of time, maybe the job, and $150 has been wasted. Our whole family is taking our business elsewhere. You should too.

The service at this place was awesome. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. They helped me offer me the most appropriate option so that my shipment arrived safely, in a timely manner.

The best postal annex location I've ever visited. Staff is super professional, helpful, respectful and kind. I go out of my way to drive here instead of other locations because I know that I will get the best service here. Thank you.

In this day and age if you are going to be a full service "postal annex", then perhaps having a QR code reader like all of the other locations in the area would be a good idea. Flashing a sign at me as if I should have known you do not was unprofessional and rude. I will be driving further for a better customer experience moving forward.

I would give 1 star, but the ladies are always nice. DO NOT BUY FOREVER STAMPS HERE! They COMPLETELY overcharged me!!!! The book at USPS is $13.20, at Postal Annex they charged me $18 (I bought 4 packs, so I could have saved $19.20 if I had gone to USPS). That is 36% profit for them.Shame on you Postal Annex.

The women working here are very unprofessional. I was not greeted and when I did get help, Erin was very rude and I felt rushed. There were no other customers. The red headed lady seems miserable. She didn’t say she’ll be right with me or anything, she just said “she’s in the middle of something”. They need to work on customer service skills and dressing professional to work. I will not be returning to this location.
