Took my pup their on Tuesday for nail trim .it was our first time. Staff is so amazing.Groomers were super nice to the dogs .it was just inn and out,no wait,very clean.Most important my dog felt so comfortable. I forgot to take the gromers name .she was super nice

This is mostly for service. I'm not as familiar with their products. But Debbie, the manager, was outstanding. She gave great service and knew her products. She was very patient with me as I was sooooooo very tired. She made sure I was getting the right products for my dog. Double check to make sure I was OK. AND MOST OF ALL GAVE ME A CARING SMILE. I say caring because of the comments & questions she asked. I'm very grateful for her help & customer service.

If you want to deal with rude, condescending employees. This is the place for you! I placed a drive up order for cat food for the first time. I waited about 20 minutes and no one came so I ended up going inside. I told the cashier I wasn’t sure if I needed a barcode and she asked “ and why would you need a barcode?” So I just said not sure, never done a pick up here before. Not sure what the point of the attitude or condescending tone was.

I hate leaving poor reviews. I always leave good ones especially at petco Haun rd. We love our groomer Michelle and the cashiers are always so awesome! I am leaving this review for the curbside pick up orders. Only doing this because this is the second time I do an order online to pick up in store and I just say both times staff were super rude.This last time the employee came out no greeting just asked super rude “where do you want them?” I could already tell she was not happy. I still wanted to be nice. I asked her politely to place items in trunk and I said “thank you”. She went in to place cans in trunk and when she finished she stormed off. I was not sure if she was done or if she was going back in store to grab more items. I stayed there with my trunk opened for a few more minutes and nothing. I got off to check if all items were there and they were. She had poor costumer service in my opinion. She could have said “ your set” or something to indicate to me I could leave. Anyway I did not like the service I received. I would love management to reach out to me so I can provide more information on the order numbers These people can be spoken to directly since I have the name of who brought out the order. In my opinion curbside pick up needs to step up their costumer service.

The high rating from others can’t be for customer service…. Takes 10 minutes to find one employee. Fish always not available. Waste 30 minutes here for a 5 minute run

I, we my grandson and I went to Petco looking for Dragon rock, couple live fish, crickets for the gecko and ants and snacks for the dogs. They the staff are SUPER helpful and we got a huge $25 discount off the tab! Ample parking and just all around organized store.
