Me and my mother came in with some difficulties with her tail turn signal light, and was hoping to get some help for a low price. Cole was the one who helped us out and gave us some pointers on how to install a new bulb. He was sweet, and gave us all the information we needed, without charge! The experience was quick and easy. Thank you Cole!

The customer service in this store does not exist at all as I went to buy some windshield wiper fluid for my car so I walked in and there was no customer in the store and the two you guys who work there were busy talking. I must have waited something like 5/6 minutes until the younger kid came and asked me what I want. I asked him where the fluids are and he just pointed at them. After I picked up couple of bottles I went to pay but asked him what was more expensive one and he just without looking at me said “ don’t worry they are for dead bugs” and just gave me my receipt and left. FYI I am 73 and was shocked and will never use OReilly again.

Whatever blonde/ red head guy in there “macho man” that thinks he’s smart is pretty retarded and can’t even read a scan tool. Tried to tell me my turbo is blown off a bypass valve code. I think I’d be able to tell OR NOT EVEN DRIVE THE CAR if my turbo was blown numb nuts. Next time learn how to read a scan tool before you ruin someone’s day with your uneducated comments.

I work on cars quite a bit, and the crew here at O'Reilly's is always the best to deal with. They carry good products at decent competitive prices with good warranties... and even flux capacitors! I encourage anyone to shop here, even if you just want a Coke and a Hot Wheels car.

I went to O’Reilly’s to get a new battery for my car. I had such a great experience with Michael S. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had no idea my battery was not under the hood but under the backseat!?! He removed and replaced my battery it was a very hot day and he was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for having such an awesome employee.

Thus store always orders the part, and everything I go to pick up the part I ordered they have to reorder the part and this store has continuously delayed my customers cars from being repaired on time,A bad part store can make many bad repair shops"

I purchased a battery from this location in July of 2022. On 2-6-2023 it was completely dead and couldn't be jump started. I took it back and was surprised at how poorly I was treated by Scott. He proceeded to ask me when the last time was that the battery had been used. I explain on Sat when I went to work. It's now Mon. He got the tester and said "this thing is completely dead, like it's never been used". I responded with "I know, that's why I'm here." He continued to question me as if I was try to do something other than apply the warranty that comes with the battery. He I formed me that next time they wouldn't be as accommodating. Excuse me?!?!! So I asked if replacement was what the warranty was for. He replied yes but that he's only doing me a favor exchanging it quickly because he knew I was on my way to work. I'm going to call this one how I see it....if I was a man coming in with a dead battery, purchased from this very location in July, still under warranty, I wouldn't have been grilled with 20 questions. Too bad the associate that helped me when I purchased it initially wasn't there, he was awesome!!!
