It's difficult to find a good dry cleaner. I thought that a place that does it in-house, offering same-day service, would be an indication of reliable work. I was so wrong.
The regularly press wrinkles into clothing, almost every single time, and they break buttons almost every single time.
Best part: They break a button, and they charge you to fix it. "That's our policy," was the exact quote from the lady.
This place is a total scam.
UPDATE: I since went to wear shirts I got back from them during the above, and ALL collars were damaged. When returned to them to show them (not to let them fix it), there was no care "It wasn't us...it was the machine," and "we put this [text] on the back of our receipt to say it's not our responsibility." When asked to speak to the manager, she said he is only there one hour a day and that he won't pick up the phone because he's busy golfing.
I literally have to go to small claims court to get money back for all of my damaged shirts.

They say open at 7am. I had a flight to catch and I am there at 7am to pick up my cloths. When I arrived the door was opened. I entered and before I could even say a word one woman told me they open at 8am. I explained to her I have to catch a flight and its say 7am on their page. She did not even border to listen to me and in an arrogant tone, repeated they open at 8am. Customer service is disappointing with inaccurate information about their operations hours

Horrible company, took in my dress clothes on Wednesday at around 3:30pm. The lady said they would be ready the following day by 4:00. I arrived at 4pm the following day to find my pants being ready and they asked me which shirt was mine and neither of them were. They went to look for my shirt and after 15 min of looking they found it crumpled up in the back not ready. They told me to come back Saturday for it but that would not work. They do NOT follow their "In by 7 out by 4 same day" beware do not come here...

Went to pick up dresses my wife needed for a business trip and you closed before the advertising time. I was there at 3:25... You close at 4 pm. Unacceptable. Pathetic. Now we have to scramble and shop for other dresses because of your incompetence

I had my brand new curtains pressed so they would look perfect. The cleaners made the curtains look so wrinkle, did not iron the pleats, the worse job ever! The curtains were of good quality, whatever they did to the curtains looked as though a toddler ironed them and folded them. Terrible work!Service: Ironing

I’ve been using this Cleaners business for dry cleaning and so far it’s been just ok- not great or good- just average; lately the staff has been more rude and more indifferent to my requests or questions. The alterations requested were not done correctly and the representative kept on saying it was not their problem or that they had not done it yet this is the only Cleaners I use (or used to use) and not to mention she is not even the one who actually did the work. The staff is always playing religious musing which is great yet ironic as their overall customer service is undesirable. Also, they had a good paper ticket process going but they went back to handwriting them and at times the representative would not even give me any receipt or tag rather stated just to come back and they would know who I was and what I dropped off- how is one supposed to know they are charging me correctly? Well, needless to say I am in the search for a nee Cleaners place as they clearly do not respect or welcome my business here.Service: Alterations

I bring my child's jrotc uniform here. To get the jacket cleaned costs more than the uniform itself. Also, Missy at the cashier could use a hug. Please, be kind to her. Other than that, they do a good job. :)

First time there, brought in a simple summer dress that had to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up it smelled dirtier than when I brought it in. No armpit treatment and it smelled of smoke. $13 down the drain. Will not be back.

New Look is a local family owned cleaner who does a first class job. We've been coming here for the last month and have been impressed with how they cleaned and pressed my dress shirts. Given the quality of their work, the $4.50 price for a shirt seems fair.
