took my dog here for the first time today for her appointment at 10:30am an hour or so later we get a call asking when we are gonna bring our dog in because we missed the appointment. Been taking our dog here for a while now. About 6-8 times. Well today we take our dog in and when they finish they gave us a call and the receptionist with just a terrible and indifferent attitude tells my wife several times that we have to be there within 1 hour to pick up our dog. This is my Yelp review. I was referred to Nancy's when I called Sunnymead Animal Hosp bcz we needed to get my Mom's 13 yr old cat shaved. Our Mom died recently & my sister adopted her. Well, we had no idea how matted Amy's fur had gotten! She hid whenever anyone entered our Mom's "cluttered" apt. Mom had always been meticulous about brushing her cats but she obviously wasn't able to keep up as her health deteriorated. We tried to shave Amy ourselves but she wasn't having any of that. So we dropped her off this morning, Nancy worked her magic & everyone is relieved beyond measure! Amy's still holding a grudge against her sisters, but we know she has to feel great getting rid of those mats!!!! Thank you everyone at Nancy's!!!
