Took my car in for a wash several days ago and the wiping agent they used to wipe the dashboard left a lot of fuzzy stuff on the dash. Not easy to remove either. :(

Slowest pumps in town. I come here several times a week to fill up because I have the app and it’s slow. About a $1 a minute slow. I think I could have made it to Chevron fill up and come back before I fill one tank here.

I went to the gas station tonight and there was an older Hispanic woman working there made a comment about stuff costing so much. The woman working their told me to go back to where I come from. This woman was being very racist. People do not go here

Horrible gas station, constant problems with gas pumps, their "system" for the cash registers is down more than any other gas station I've ever seen, do not rely on this gas station for anything other than getting to work late because the pumps don't work and you can't buy your morning coffee

This car wash is a total waste of time and money. I waited 20 minutes in line, just to pull up and get my ticket. I decided to wait with my car while it was vacuumed, this took another 20 minutes. The extreme frustration was the absolute lack of organization, cars were not taken in any order, only one woman was vacuuming, and one guy writing tickets, and cars were waiting to be hooked up to the wash machines. I complained to the manager as well as several other people. They don't care. I waited another 20 minutes inside, then another 30 minutes outside waiting for my car to be wiped down. There are many places inside where it had not been vacuumed and many spots on the outside of the car. Things happen, but this is their 3rd chance. If I win the lottery, I will be buying a full service car wash on Newport. Mobil, you should be embarrassed!

My moms birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to purchase a $79 hand wash and wax for her and a $70 wash and wax for my car. I spent a total of $160. After the wash, both cars were still incredibly dirty, bugs were all over the grill, and mud still on my mothers car. After they pulled the cars into the sun, they did not work on them for 20 minutes. They then thought it was a good time to dry and wax the cars. Incase you didn't know, you do not wax cars that have been sitting in the sun or wax in the sunlight. Both of our cars looked awful with streaks everywhere. An employee got wax on my mothers trim yet did not wipe it away. After I brought our issues to their attention, the manager Willie said they would pull it out front and fix the problems. We felt relieved when he said that so we agreed. Once the cars were where Willie said, no one touched the cars for another 20 minutes and they were left baking in the sun. The manager noticed I was watching our cars as no one was working on it, Willie grabbed a towel and wiped the cars down, calling it good after a wipe. The cars still looked awful and the wipe down did not help the appearance. I finally just gave up disappointed and got into my car to leave. When I got inside my car, the interior was not wiped down all the way and the interior that was wiped down, had water marks and streaks everywhere. After my experience, I will absolutely not be coming back. Management does not care about the quality of wash, yet only cares about money. My mom's birthday gift was ruined due to the incompetent staff. I would absolutely not recommend this business. Poor customer service, will not fully complete the job, and will do far less than the bare minimum to get more cars in and out quicker.

I guess it's now my turn to add a bad review just like everyone else. The very masculine thick woman in a button, blue shirt, that works there got offended because I asked her to please do a second wipe down on my front windshield because there were still dead bugs. She had the audacity tell me that if I wanted my windshield cleaner than I should've done a hand wash. then she proceeded to clean the window again. I told her that I have never heard that before in my life. Every car wash cleans. My front windshield included in the price. I decided to get a napkin from my center consul and proceed to help her clean the window. That's when she sprayed the Windex my way, and it sprayed my face. It was extremely clear that she was trying to send me a message. I regret giving her a five dollar tip and I'm never going to forget her and I don't ever want her to touch my car ever again. I can't believe that this place has a 1 1/2 star rating. terrible!!! management MUST suck!!!

These geniuses washed my car and let it sit in the sun for a good 10 minutes before they went to dry it off. So they then decided it would be a great idea to remove the water spots with windex on the body of the car. Ummm, I don't think windex is for trunks, hoods, and doors. I immediately asked for the car wash supervisor, Willie told me to my face that windex would not harm the car and that's how they clean it. I rarely even put soap on my car,. Why would I be OK with all of the chemicals of windex on my clear coat? Last time going here! Just adding to the long list of one star reviews for this place.

Thr prices are always lower here, but the gas makes my car knock.Ever since the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Catastrophe, where I, with dozens of other volunteers, hand washed hundreds of birds, many of them very young, and suffering, I just haven't been able to see Exxon in a positive way. ?

It's a gas station. What type of review would you expect? I haven't been mugged here so it doesn't deserve a zero. I've also never had amazing service nor seen it be insanely clean so I can't go giving it a five. It a gas station, plain and simple
