This Michaels locations is on par with most other Michaels around the area. The store is usually well stocked and for all of my purchases, I did not need to track down an associate to unlock products to purchase them. Staffing seems to always be a little on the thin side, but no better or worse than similar stores in the area. Prices are fair as long as you are able to use a coupon or two.

Save your time and gas and your love for all you think is still good with humanity and skip this location. They have the most unfriendly and unhelpful employees ever. We drove a long way (I know I should have checked online first) for a specific coloring book my daughter has been asking for. While trying to look for the book, the employee stocking the shelves right next to us offered no greeting or help whatsoever. When we asked if they had anything else in another area she kind of just waved us off to another aisle, with an "I think there's more over there" I went to the side to look online to see if I could find it and was passed by another employee who also offered no greeting or help. The Temecula location is by far more superior in stocked items and helpful, friendly employees! P.S. Guess where the coloring book ended up being? On the same shelf the employee was stocking!

Darlene, you are amazing!!!! My fiancé went in there and was on the phone with the bank for a while and Darlene was so understanding and helped him keep our daughter entertained the whole time! We are grateful and thankful for the costumer you provided. You were so patient while assisting him. Thank you, we need more people like you.

They. Have. Nothing. Stocked. Ever. Sweet god. I go for art brushes. They are out. I go for white watercolors. They are out. No matter what I need, they don't have it. And, it's always the most ridiculous things they are out of, like white paint. As an artist, I feel cursed to live near this Michaels

I'm sorry I come to a store for you to do the checkout not me. When I told him, I didn't want to do self check out. They told me that they would do it for me when I went over there he's making me do everything. What happened to customer service.? It seems like everybody's trying to do everything on the computer nowadays and have no personal contact.

Last month I came to this Michael's. They have new registers that are self check out. I had a cart full of stuff and 3 young children with me, so I asked if I could wait to be helped at a register. They were incredibly rude to me. I didn't want to keep my eyes off the youngest one and they told me I could only pay cash even though they were helping out other people and they were paying card. I have no idea why they wouldn't help me, it was really embarrassing for me to have to dig through my purse to find $100. I told him if I didn't have the full amount he would have to help me carry all the stuff to the other register and he told me no you'll have to do that yourself I'm not going to help you.

This is one of the cleaner and more stocked up Michales in the area. Do not consider the one in Temecula because they look "shopped" and are low on inventory basically all months of the year. This particular location however is clean and has a decent inventory. Be sure to use their app for additional discounts and ease of ordering online which I do for our toddler almost weekly. Their Halloween and Christmas collections were really good this past 2021 season but their November Thanksgiving collection was a bit small in my opinion. They have nice fake Christmas trees to see in store vs only online so check them out for your holiday needs this coming 2022 season.

Michael's is Craft Store, a Picture Framing store, a Art Supply store and much, much more. We have coming often as we decorate our new house with framed pictures and found the quality to be exceptional. If you are active or retired military, you can get a discount on their work. They also have flag boxes for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice or served their country and whose memory we cherish by displaying their burial flag.

Wow, rude workers in the framing department. Three of them standing there chit chatting together, came up and asked for help, told me I had to wait they were busy!!! I'd expect better customer service during difficult circumstances for businesses. Avoid this place like COVID!!!!

This is the cleanest Michaels store I've been in, by far. And the customer service was very above and beyond. I was doing a school project with my grandson and no ideas where to start. Teresa helped with find everything I needed and was also helpful with so many ideas....And my grandson got a A on his project. Thank you for all your help Teresa and I will be starting the scrap book project next.

WORST Michaels I've EVER been too. DONT COME HERE! The women's bathrooms had no toilet paper in any of the stalls. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months seriously. And to top it off it smelled like the New York City subways. Adding on to that the store is a mess things are broken on the floor. There is no respect. Check out took 30 mins tonight with only 3 cashiers. They look pissed. We informed the manger that the bathrooms were not clean and they were "not aware". Unbelievably disrespectful to the CEO of this company but also to the general public who come to this store. Something needs to be done because it is absolutely HORRENDOUS! This place needs a makeover. As an artist I would take my money somewhere else. Honestly go to a place where they have respect and gratitude.

I very seldom post reviews, but this one is a must for me!! I had a critical timeline for a custom frame job for a wedding I was attending this past weekend. I cannot find enough GOOD words to express my gratitude and respect for the service and outcome I received from Jacqueline (Jackie) in the framing department. She took my timeline to heart and personally tracked the order all the way through the process, right down to the time when UPS was going to deliver the final materials needed to assemble our final masterpiece. From start to finish, she was attentive to details, picked up on the basic vision I had for this project, and made valuable suggestions without being too pushy, in coming up with the actual design. And the final product was perfect in every way! I was so surprised to see the low ratings for this store. Every time I have visited, the experience has been pleasant and successful. If you have any custom framing projects, please don't hesitate to give this Michael's a try, and be sure to ask for Jackie! She's what customer experience is all about!! Thanks so much, Jackie!! You have a new fan and I will be back to see you soon!!
