We were given a new phone for free as advertised on the website paid for activation, and left the store then called back to the store because "sorry their bad, they made a mistake". No one is perfect and mistakes will be made but after wasting our time and then gas to return there was no customer compensation for all the trouble. Not to mention the disappointmentgrandson feels. Whatever happened to customer service???

Had the worst experience today. Sales girl was a b*tch and should not be working in customer service with such a shitty attitude. She has light brown eyes with brunette hair & caramel highlights. If she was wearing her name tag I'd know her name but she probably doesn't wear it for that reason.

Went to get a new phone with insurance but they said im better off upgrading and they showed me a. a13 galaxy saying it has a better camrea but clearly it was a down grade and im unsatisfied for all the extra charges just to down grade will never return.

I went in this store in the beginning of the month I got a phone they didn't asked me for insurance I didn't see the representative rip the tape from the box when I look at home because I put my phone in my bag so it doesn't break or anything like that so when I got home I saw some cracks on my phone so I'm never going back to the store again I will let MetroPCS know what's going on and this store and plus I don't live down there anyways and I told them to put insurance on my phone but they didn't listen to me at all

Can someone please direct me to the General Manager Please I just had the worst experience ever with some sales girl Named Jessica she was very rude. I bought a phone 2 weeks ago.I was told if I have any problems with it I have 14 day's to return it. It's been two weeks as of now she told me she could Order the same exact phone. No Thank you! This phone ( Moto stylus) keeps restarting on it's own I don't want the same phone I asked to speak to a manager she told me NO. Help someone.

MetroPCS customer of about 10 years now. I figured I'd try going here to pay my bill, since they close at 7:00pm. But alas they were already closed at 6:45. Like, c'mon guys, at least update your hours on the door so people know they can't pay their bill after 6:45, or whenever the store closed. I have no way to pay online, and now I have no way to contact my potential job in the morning. I'm sure the store employees couldn't care less about that, nor do I expect anyone to, but I just want to warn other customers to try to make sure they can pay online. What just happened to me really hurts financially. Things are tough nowadays. Don't let this happen to you.
