I tried them once. I came in to pick up and could barely get the lady to speak to me but she was able to tell me the price. Too many options for me to deal with a lack of customer service. Downright rude!!

Absolutely overpriced!!! I had three sets of curtains that just need to be pressed. When I went to pick up my curtains after a week of being there, they were not pressed, and the price was not on the receipt, I was shocked at the price of $98.00 to press curtains. I definitely do not recommend this cleaners to anyone. Surprisingly, as I waited for my curtains, a new customer came in to pick up her clothing, which was a pantsuit and a dress that costs $51.00 the lady was shocked and she would not return either. The value for the cleaning and pressing is overpriced and not worth it. The quality of work is below average.

I waited til the last minute to get a patch sewn onto a uniform. I was skeptical of this place because of the other reviews. My first choice was down the street, but the lady said they wouldn't have it done in time. I needed it by the next afternoon. I know, bad me!I walked into Menifee Cleaners, and I was tended to right away. The older woman said she had to charge me a rush fee since I needed it next day. She also told me to come in sooner next time (which I will, lol). Idk how much the "rush fee" is, but I walked out paying $10. Cool.I was glad to walk in the next afternoon to see that the service I requested was done with perfection. I anticipate inflation in the next 2 months, but hopefully, nothing too crazy. Thank you, Menifee Cleaners, for a job well done! I promise not to procrastinate next time, lol.

I didnt know where to take my casual dress for alterations. Thought of the cleaners I usually to my husbands clothing for dry cleaning. Went in to have a long dress Altered. Just to make it a little shorter the lady there (rude by the way) said she had to iron and press prior to sewing. $40.00 she said it would cost. That’s the price I paid for my dress when I first got it.
First and last time I take my clothes there for alterations.

I was charged $80 for 4 summer dresses. On the receipt they had written formal dresses. I told the cashier that these were not evening dresses but summer dresses. She said there was nothing she could do. I told her it was not right I was being overcharged and they would lose a customer. She replied she didn’t care. It is very disappointing. I spoke to the owner and she also said she didn’t care. I will contact the BBB about this. Never going back againService: Laundry wash & fold

My first time coming to this cleaners, as it was recommended. All I asked for was a patch to be sewn onto my son's karate jacket and Grace had a horrible attitude from the beginning. She told me that my son's jacket would be ready by 12 in the afternoon the next day (today) and we agreed. My dad went in to check on the jacket a little while ago and she told him, "I told her after 3pm" which is untrue because I explained to her that his karate class started at 4...that's how we ended up agreeing on an earlier time. (12pm)Not only did she tell my dad that the jacket won't be ready until after 3, but she said the jacket isn't even there. She sent it off somewhere to be sewn. Now, my son will be without a jacket and will probably have to miss his karate lesson. She didn't mention that it needed to be "sent off" anywhere and my belongings never should have left that building without consent. Never ever ever ever again.Interrupting me when I spoke to her (Grace), bad customer service, no communication as to where she sent my stuff...smh just unacceptable.

I had a duvet that was very wrinkled after I had washed and dried it and there were a lot of wrinkles in the duvet so I thought maybe a cleaners would steam the duvet and get rid of all the wrinkles. When I got home, the duvet looked worst than when I brought into Menifee Cleaners. I called 7 times and no one answered the phone. So I left a message but it cut me off. I am livid with Menifee Cleaners. I asked them to steam and press the duvet but I think they didn't do anything to my duvet and charged me a lot of money for their service. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Also the owner was rude to me when I asked for her service. I won't be going there anymore. They are the worst because they didn't do what I asked for. They didn't satisfy me with their service and their expensive. Bad quality of service.When I went back to Menifee Cleaner's and told them they did a horrible job on my duvet they tried to make excuses about how it turned out. I we were ballistic. I told them to steam press my duvet. I told them to do it over and press it. I also told them that I spent a lot of money getting what I wanted. They were rude, angry and downright unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer. I told them I wanted it done today and they said they couldn't do it today they said to pick it up Friday. I said I have company coming on Friday then they said we will get it done by Thursday.I told them I was going to rate them a one star and they said go ahead and do it. So I am. They really inconvenienced me and my schedule this week. Now I have to go back and get my duvet. Hopefully they will get it right if they don't, I'm going to get my money back. I'm so upset that Menifee Cleaners disrespect their customers and don't do what the customers say and they do what they want to dissatisfy them.I will never give them my business again.
