They cracked my windshield and refused to take responsibility. It was brought to their attention immediately after the car came out of the wash.
The manager was quite rude.

The manager here is very rude. Asked what service we needed to do to get the bugs off the front end of our car and she recommended a hand wash. After the hand wash. It didn't look any better. Bugs were still there. Talk to her and she said we can't help you. I would never go back there again

Took my Tesla and they did the minimum. My seats were full of dirt. Its a simple wipe down no special chemicals needed. I might as well wash myself. The manager wasn't helpful.

Do not waste your money. The female manager outside Lenny is rude disrespectful and does not know how to do her job. She has no place dealing with customers. After a horrible hand wash job that was $49.99 I asked for things to be touched up she proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t speak to me only my husband and I am the one that paid for the wash. When I told her I am the paying customer she put her finger in my face and told me no I only speak to him. I went inside to find someone higher up. They sent out a nice man Willie who was helpful and apologetic he made it right but after my dealings with Lenny I will never do business there again!! Do not spend a dime there.

I guess it's my fault. I should have read the reviews. I paid for the top of the line car wash and my car was handed back to me with spots everywhere. They were also supposed to wipe down the entire inside and vacuum. The back seats were not vacuum and the back carpets were not vacuumed. There's got to be somewhere better

This place does not take care of their customers. We went through on March 9th around 10 am for a wash. They told us to put it in neutral and do not touch the wheel. Half way throught the process the machine pushed our vehicle into their structure and damaged our fender. After almost 3 weeks of b.s run around they finally get Rosie from the office to talk to us. She says they do not help with damage caused by their operations. They say it's my problem. Great place to take your business. If you like your car do not go through this place.

Super rude. Waited for someone to attend, when the short wider woman with butch hair cut walked up, I said hi. She ignored me (standing in front of me). I said hi again, she responded with "wait" and an attitude. Then told me I required a hand wash and it would be $45 for my Fj. No thanks, washing at Tommy's for $11. Hate rude service.

Worst experience. Yes I pay for a basic wash. Of 49.99 plus 20 to wash my mats. Should of just wash it myself at home. To put it I had the manager (lady) work on my car. Long story short I basically wipe down n vacuum the inside myself while she was standing next to me. Manager go get some basic car washing training bad service.

I would have given 5 stars but the car wash broke down while I was there. I got my cars oil changed with great service. I will return and give them another try.

This is one of the worst car wash you can ever go. I took my 3 cars and pay 36 dollars for each car but the only thing they did just washed the car from outside and did nothing else. I complain to the manager and she said that I only pay for hand car wash . If you want to save your time and money don’t go to this place.
