Menifee Bicycles, Inc. is a great place with really great people. Customer service is impeccable, exceptional, friendly, caring, and professional. The staff is patient, very informative, and never makes customers feel rushed or pressured. They are helpful and kind, with a goal to make customers happy and return. They offer a pretty big selection of inventory for purchases and can work within a budget. For repairs and service, they are skilled and able to fix even extremely old bikes, often keeping original parts. Their work is excellent. They provide a super and pleasant experience, going above and beyond by addressing obvious work proactively. Customers leave as one happy customer and highly recommend this store for all bicycle purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
Staff is friendly, family owned and when we had a miscommunication they called and squared things away, I can appreciate that. will be back for all our future bike purchases. 🙏

I stopped in to get some pedals for my BMX and had a good experience. The staff helped me out and the pedals worked great. I’ve also bought my son’s bike here before and it’s been solid. I appreciate having a local bike shop nearby.
