came here.& dr courtney. was not hospitable. didnt give me many answers.
basically said. give him steroids.& was not completley right with diagnosis.walked out in tears.at another vet.and feel much better with this vets diagnosis.?

Very disappointed, on their website, they claim to have similar pricing to low cost spay and neutering services. Not even close, they wanted over $1000.00 for two Chihuahua's a male and female.
I found a clinic that did both for $370.00. Their ad is seriously misleading and needs to be changed. I still got suckered into a $200 deposit which was nonrefundable. In all fairness, they did call me back after my cancellation and refunded my deposit.

We have had a great experience at Menifee Animal Hospital. We got our puppy on an annual puppy plan that saved us money. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both of our dogs are well taken care of here. Highly recommend them.

I've taken my pets to Menifee Animal Hospital for several years. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and effective. The doctors are terrific! I recommend them to all my friends.

I recently made an appointment for my geriatric dog. I called and explained to the front desk that I expected his glands were irritated. My son took him in and they told him he was fine and tried to sell him dog food. Today my husband went in as the condition has become worse and he is now bleeding and the front desk lady had no empathy and said we needed to make another appointment. No apology or care whatsoever. Don’t waste your time or money! They didn’t even allow my son to go back with our dog or ask any follow up questions. Do not recommend!!!

This place is a questionable establishment. They charge exorbitant fees and run tests not really needed. When asked to get dogs records they only printed out that days visit. When asked for full records to be sent they charged $20 but never got them. When my new vet called for the records they said i had to call. When i tried to call it was busy but much longer than reasonable, 2 hrs so i called sister office in murrieta. They owned by same person, unnamed, but have site managers. So i asked murrieta to ask menifee site manager to contact me. I would not go there if they were last vet on earth. Find some place that cares more for pets than money. No zero star option available.
