Update: Glenn from Menifee Lowe's Hardware reached out to us and said he was able to arrange a washer swap. A new one was returned to the store as the customer didn' t like it after all, so Glenn arranged a one for one swap with delivery. It was delivered yesterday, without install, but we did it. Washing is underway. Thank you Glenn, because of you our 4 grandkids and my husband on chemo will have clean laundry. We appreciate you going the extra mile.

I was at Lowe’s Menifee on Monday, Feb 12th in the outdoor garden area. I needed a couple of xl terra cota pots and didn’t really think my shopping trip through. The pots were way too heavy for me. I couldn’t even unstack them, they are so heavy. My thanks and great review are directed specifically to Nate. He came to help. These types of pots are not packaged well for shipping and are often scratched. Long story short he went through their entire stock and even those in the back of the display and pulled the best two. He loaded them on to a push cart, wheeled them to the register and applied a discount. While I was being rung up, he waited until I was done then loaded them into my car! He was very courteous, friendly, professional and helpful! He really went above and beyond! Kudos to Nate - Lowe’s is lucky to have such a great employee! Thanks Nate!

I purchased a slab door two days ago and by the time I got to my job, the door was damaged from the rain. I went back to Lowe's and purchased a steel door that cost me another $250. When I tried to return the original door, Diane, the manager on duty, looked at me like I was stupid, put her hand on her hip, turned up her nose and told me that she will not return the unused wet door because she didn't sell it to me that way. I think that Diane let her pride get in the way of taking care of me as a customer today. Maybe her attitude would have changed if she knew I spent over $300,000 in materials last year. I know that she could have accepted the door as a return and sent it back to the manufacturer for credit. It would have been the same procedure if the door got wet while in transport from manufacturer. Diane simply did not want to help me. I suggest investing in a new management team that is willing to take care of their customers.

Terrible selection and customer service. I have bought 4 different items that are wood from their very store, and they refuse to cut any of them. Of course, that's because they want me to pay 4 times the amount to get them "custom fitted" instead of doing right by the customers and helping them make their product work. "Lowe's knows home improvement?" More like "Taking customer service to new Lowes"

The service was so rude!!! One Lowe's employee was following me like I was a criminal when I was trying to find a blank wall plate. Then I asked another employee where the blank wall plate covers for a cable box was, and the person said, "It's right in front of you" with an attitude. What was in front of me was a switch plate cover in the box. He said that I had to pull out the box, and I started pulling the box, and the blank wall plate was under the light switch plate. I never had this kind of rude service in my life. Maybe they were rude because it was 2 days after Christmas, but thats not my fault. I don't know why, but the Moreno Valley Lowe's has 100% better service then the Menifee store.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing blinds for our new home. Sharon was the rep who assisted us. She helped us choose shades and the colors, Sharon answered all our questions and concerns. She was very patient and we didn't feel rushed to choose. She was great! Awesome customer service skills too!Also, I want to thank Diane who helped us with a service call of our Washer and Dryer hook up. She was friendly, very helpful & accommodating in coordinating the appointment time for the set up. Thank you Sharon & Diane!

Self checkout while convenient has really taken the shopping experience and changed it for me. The ladies at the registers were always nice to talk with and friendly. Their customer service staff still does as much as they are allowed to help with for sure.

This store is super annoying I came in for a Christmas stitch inflatable at least 7 times to see if they had been back in stock for my daughter because the saleswoman and manager Ivin refused to sell me the display until Dec 1st one even though they were not coming back in stock. I kept trying to purchase it different days hoping they would sell it to me and they always Said not till Dec 1. I called Nov 27 and they had already sold it. My daughter us going to be so sad. Horrible customer service and customer satisfaction. I'm never coming to this lowes again. During Christmas time when people are suppose to do nice things.

Clean organized store, love that I can get my primo waters here. Cashier was very friendly, he helped me put the waters in my cart without even being asked. Much more pleasant experience than Home Depot

So sorry I have to edit my 5 stars to ONE.I have a service dog and was with a group of service dogs. There were 9 of us. We were walking and shopping. All the dogs are well trained and behaved well. Most of the group are veterans.Lowes talks a good game. Veteran parking. 10% discount for vets etc.Today we were asked to leave. This is bad business and also ILLEGAL!!!

I have always had great customer service with Lowe’s in Menifee. That being said, however, today I walked in to customer service to ask a quick question, and I was totally ignored by not one or two, but by five employees behind the counter, one was on the phone, the other four we’re either talking to each other or walking around with their hands in their pockets. I said excuse me, no one said anything so I raised my hand and said excuse me, I have a quick question. The young man on the phone told me in a somewhat loud voice that he’d be with me in a minute, at least acknowledging me, while the others continued to walk around as if I were invisible. I’m quite disappointed, I left and will shop today at another store.

I was shopping for over an hour and no employee spoke to me, it was probably everyone's starting shift. And out of a blue this man name Jordan( he was by the paint department )offered to help me?, because of him I'm leaving a 5 star review, being a woman Alone in Lowes is a new experience but that touched my soft spot . Thank you Jordan! U could move up! A+ Customer Service.

I would walk this store every morning before starting my day. All the staff knew I was remodeling my home and would only buy what’s needed or on clearance. The staff here handles situations that good people shouldn’t have to face at work. Growing up in this town in the 90s as a little black girl. I see all the progress this town has made. By no means would I sit by as rude customers try to call these kind people racist. Yell at the them. Or curse them out. All those I could identify so many people. And I had lovely chats with almost all of them. The ones who leave a last impact on my life are Glenn W. His smile , his friendly demeanor and educational advice. Is almost like everyone father. Or the father we all needed. Next is the store manager rose. Or (Rosa) kind yet firm . Those two are a power house and could run any Lowe’s to success . Making a community stop.

I can honestly say that after my experience today that the Lowe's Menifee store will now be my regular Home Improvement store. I went there to buy a clothes dryer. The customer ahead of me remarked to me as he was leaving that the Appliance Sales Specialist, Glenn White, knows everything. Well, that customer was absolutely right. Glenn answered all my questions regarding the clothes dryer I selected, and he was so efficient in completing my purchase. Afterwards, I took a chance of showing Glenn some photos of some light fixtures in my home that I wanted to replace the light bulbs with better and brighter lighting. Well, Glenn not only went out of his way to assist me with that, but he was right on target with the seven boxes of replacement lights he recommended because they worked out perfectly in my home! Also, when I had reached the self-check out stand to purchase the light bulbs, the sales associate there greeted me with a smile, and she even assisted me in completing my purchase. It was so refreshing that this store made me feel like a valued customer.
