Worst experience after purchasing ALL Kitchen Aid appliances and our dishwasher leaked. Buyer beware !!!!!!!

Was hoping that my last purchase of appliances and installation was a one-time horrible experience so I thought I would go back to Lowe's and buy a dishwasher and have it installed. Big mistake. �

Received terrible service today, waited 30 minutes AFTER purchasing a BBQ to be told they didn't have it in the box like we had originally asked for. Had to follow up MULTIPLE times on our own, after feeling forgotten about. What a joke.
