Their regular priced inventory can be fairly expensive but they always have good sales and amazing clearance racks! I've recently scored some cute t-shirts for less than $3.

Associates are much too busy with merchandise to assist customers. Associate that was called to assist me with merchandise questions was rude and untrained as she yelled at me
from the aisle asking "if I was the one needing assistance" I was compelled to scream back at her standing in the walkway my question because she was somehow unable to approach me to personally assist. Very poor customer service!

I love shopping at Kohl’s because most of the time I get 30% off coupons (this time was 40% ?), on top of that I get cash back. Associates are very nice and helpful.

This Kohls is not as clean as it used to be. Less workers and it is just not doing as good of a job as they used to do. Also Kohls never put such a limit on the coupons like they do now. One of the reasons I shop there is the coupons.

Nice/clean location. I appreciate that they have self checkout. Gets busy at times. Best time to shop is during their sales (as usual w/Kohl’s because they tend to be a bit pricey for the type of store). Employees are nice and helpful. Sephora is organized as well. Store does tend to get stuffy inside; especially in the fitting rooms.
