Katelin did a great job selling my home in Menifee. We sold the home in December which I have heard is a very hard time to sell. We had multiple showings in the first weekend and had an offer in 1 week! I sold the home for more than I thought we could sell it for and Katelin made the process very easy! I would highly recommend her as an agent!

Katelin Wass is phenomenal and if you don’t use her as your realtor it’s your loss. She advocates for you and listens to your needs and wants. She’s not pushy and respects your time and doesn't treat you as another commission.
